Jack Nicholson‘s 29-year-old grandson is in trouble with the law.

Sean Nicholson, who is also recognized as Sean Norfleet, was taken into custody on August 5 following accusations that he assaulted his former girlfriend, Elizabeth Lawlor. This information was obtained from the booking records of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department and reported by TopMob News.

In their police statement, Elizabeth claimed that the incident in question occurred on July 23. She stated that Sean, whom she hadn’t interacted with since the previous year, allegedly texted her, saying he had consumed an entire bottle of Valium and threatened to end his life unless they met up. This information was reported by People magazine after they obtained the police report.

According to the police report, the woman aged 28 visited Sean’s apartment due to worry over his welfare. However, their discussion quickly escalated into a dispute concerning unfaithfulness.

It was claimed by Elizabeth that Sean forcefully pulled her by both her neck and head before violently pushing her into a rigid item, leading to her losing consciousness.

According to the statement made by the victim, she claimed to have lost consciousness and upon regaining it, discovered that one of her teeth had been fractured. The police report continues to describe Lawlor, who seemed confused and in distress, running away from the apartment. Subsequently, Nicholson was reported to have guided her back up to the apartment later on.

Elizabeth informed the authorities that Sean, the eldest son of Jennifer Nicholson (the three-time Oscar winner’s daughter) and her former spouse Mark Norfleet, is a recovering addict with schizophrenia. She claimed in the police report that Sean, who she began dating in April 2023, has a pattern of combining prescription medications with illegal substances. On the night of the alleged incident, she stated that she took his phone to look for indications of drug use.

On August 5, Sean was arrested and charged with a felony for causing bodily harm to a partner or household member, as stated by the Los Angeles Police Department’s records. Later that day, he was released on a $50,000 bond. According to TopMob News, his court appearance is scheduled for August 26.

TopMob News attempted to get a comment from Jack’s representative regarding the accusations towards his grandson, but have yet to receive a response. So far, Sean has remained silent on the matter and legal details about him are currently unavailable for TopMob News.
