Bubsy 3D, developed by the studio that later produced Syphon Filter and Days Gone, was often criticized as one of the poorest platformer games on PlayStation 1 during its time. The team felt embarrassed when they saw a demo of Naughty Dog’s superior Crash Bandicoot at E3.
