6) Merlyn the Dark Archer
Malcolm Merlyn, often referred to simply as Merlyn, frequently poses a significant threat to Green Arrow, demonstrating exceptional archery skills that even match and sometimes surpass those of Oliver Queen. Despite the moniker “Reverse Flash” suggesting he’s secondary to Green Arrow, it fails to capture his independent lethality. Frequently appearing as a villain against Batman and Batgirl, Cain stands out among his adversaries with an unexpected ordinary demeanor. Unlike many other villains, he doesn’t sport an extravagant costume or adopt an alias; instead, he uses his real name.
