Sean “Diddy” Combs’ Son King Drops “Free Diddy” Song With Kanye West

Sean “Diddy” Combs‘ sex trafficking and racketeering trial has inspired new music.

In a collaboration, the son of record mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, known as Christian “King” Combs, joined forces with Kanye West (also recognized as Ye) for the release of a seven-track EP named “Never Stop” on June 27. One of the tracks in this collection is entitled “Diddy Free“.

In simpler terms, the chorus goes, “We won’t rest until Diddy is freed,” followed by King starting his verse with, “When things seem suspicious, they attempt to act as victims.

The 27-year-old went on to say, “I don’t care about the world, the critics, or those who are watching; they’re trying to tarnish my reputation.

In “Lonely Road” – a modern adaptation of Diddy’s song “Lonely Roads Still Go to Sunshine,” which was released during the rapper Ye’s incarceration – his daughter with ex Kim Kardashian, North West (who is 12 years old), also joined in on the recording.

Alone for quite some time now / Sunlit paths still lead me on,” the youngster sung, inserting into the chorus, “Dashing swiftly through the wilderness, like a fleet cheetah glides / Immersed among false companions whom I dislike.

The three-minute tune concluded by incorporating a piece of Diddy and Kanye West’s introduction from the initial melody. As per the EP’s acknowledgements, all the newly created tracks were primarily produced and arranged by Kanye West, with King playing a significant role in crafting the lyrics.

Previously, Ye claimed that his ex-wife, Kim, tried to prevent North from participating in some songs. In a now-deleted post on X (previously Twitter) in February, it was reportedly written by Kim in a text message to Ye that she had sent the necessary documents so North wouldn’t be featured on a Diddy song, supposedly to protect her.

Following the Kardashian celebrity’s reported remark about owning the trademark for their daughter’s name, Ye, seemingly, responded with a message that implied potential conflict: “Make changes or we’re heading for war. Neither of us will survive the public backlash. You’ll have to eliminate me.” (Kim’s representative declined to comment on the matter when approached by TopMob News at the time.)

However, Kanye West has shown his backing for Diddy in various ways, not just through music. It’s important to note that Diddy has denied these allegations, which include racketeering, sex trafficking, and transporting someone for the purpose of prostitution.

In a post on X in February, Ye (previously known as Kanye West) expressed affection for Diddy, using one of his other stage names, by saying, “We love Puff, FREE PUFF.

On June 13, he appeared at a New York City courthouse to sit in on Diddy’s legal proceedings.

For everything that went down inside the courtroom, keep reading.

Lawyer Christy Slavik took approximately five hours to present her closing statements to the jury, during which she contended that Sean “Diddy” Combs leveraged power, intimidation, and threats to attain his objectives.

1. “She remarked that he persisted even when told ‘no’,”

2. “She pointed out that he considered it his domain and expected service from all.”

3. “She observed that he wouldn’t accept a refusal, instead he kept pushing,”

4. “She noted that he reigned over his realm, expecting obedience from everyone.”

5. “She explained that whenever he was told ‘no’, he didn’t stop trying to get what he wanted,”

6. “She stated that he acted as if his subjects were there to fulfill his desires.”

7. “She commented that he wouldn’t give up, despite being told ‘no’,”

8. “She expressed that everyone in his domain existed to cater to him.”

9. “She noted that he was unyielding when faced with a ‘no’, instead he demanded compliance,”

10. “She observed that he ruled over his territory with an expectation of subservience from all.”

Slavik referred to Combs’ 2016 physical attack on his former girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, as well as an alleged assault in 2024 involving his then-partner, who is known as “Jane” during the court proceedings.

She noted that although these two events occurred eight years apart, they aren’t standalone narratives. Instead, they are consecutive chapters in the same book, chronicling the tale of Sean Combs and the organized crime syndicate he headed, which consisted primarily of his close associates.

Over and over, this criminal organization catered to the defendant’s every whim using a systematic approach of violence, intimidation, and deceit,” she explained. “The defendant believed he could conceal his wrongdoings with silence and embarrassment. He thought that his reputation, riches, and influence made him immune to legal consequences.

Slavik contended that during this trial, Combs was assisted by a team of personal staff he referred to as a “dedicated force,” whose goal was to fulfill the defendant’s needs, boost his influence, and safeguard his image, no matter what.

In the court proceedings, the prosecution presented a document to Judge Arun Subramanian, asking for adjustments to certain aspects of their proposed arguments regarding an attempt at arson and kidnapping.

Despite Combs continuing to confront charges of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking (which encompass accusations of kidnapping and arson), prosecutors stated in their June 24 letter that they’ve excluded instructions related to attempted kidnapping under both California and New York laws, attempted arson under California law, and aiding and abetting sex trafficking from the charges.

The government expressed its expectation that making the language simpler not only aids in streamlining the instructions, but it also helps prevent potential misunderstandings.

Combs told Judge Subramanian that he will not take the stand during his sex trafficking trial.

The judge made clear that no matter what decision the rap mogul makes about testifying, it’s important to note that neither the jury nor anyone else can infer or assume his guilt simply because he chose not to speak.

Combs underlined the fact that he discussed not testifying with his team, but clarified that this choice was “entirely” his own.

He stated, “After a comprehensive discussion, this is the course of action I’ve chosen.

Teny Garagos, Combs’ defense attorney, informed the judge that both their legal team and the prosecution anticipate spending “at least four hours” for their respective closing statements.

After Special Agent Joseph Cerciello of Homeland Security Investigations concluded his extended testimony on June 24 as a witness for the prosecution, it’s now the defense’s turn to present their case. Instead of calling additional witnesses, Combs’ legal team plans to focus on previously submitted evidence.

On June 23, during Ceriello’s testimony, the jury viewed graphic videos that seemed to originate from Combs’ “freak off” events and were subsequently admitted as evidence.

As the special agent pointed out, they had identified 50 explicitly labeled videos dating from both 2021 and 2022. During the trial, jurors were provided with two files to view through headphones and screens.

In the voicemails to his ex-chief of staff Kristina Khorram dated June 23, Combs outlined a particular set of demands while he was lodged in a hotel in November 2021. Among these requests were replenishing the supply of baby oil, a product he frequently needed for “freak offs.

He told Khorram, “Give me a call when you’re heading over,” and added, “I can’t believe it! Fill up 20 bottles here.” (A more polite and straightforward rephrasing)

In response to Khorram requesting an extra day at the hotel, she said, “Sure thing. The baby oil is placed just outside our room’s door.

Through a group text conversation, it’s revealed that his ex-employee had mentioned planning an intravenous (IV) treatment for both him and Jane. It appears that he may have utilized this treatment during at least one of his “freak off” recoveries.

She also made sure that there were Plan-B pills, an emergency contraceptive, in his nightstand.

The jurors were presented with a sequence of text exchanges between Combs and Ventura, in which the “Long Way 2 Go” singer openly discussed the impact that the alleged abuse was having on her.

After Combs inquired if Ventura, who had an on-again, off-again relationship with him from 2007 to 2018, was considering a break in March 2017, she responded, “No. I simply don’t want to be mistreated for standing up for myself or any time. You consistently make me feel insignificant.

In another instance, she further accused her ex of physically assaulting her.

In a letter he penned in May, Ventura expressed, “I shower you with love, but as soon as I briefly look away, you end up in a mess. You then forcefully pull me down the hallway by my hair. At 30 years old, this isn’t playtime anymore. Last night, it felt like I was already dead, yet the sight of your radiance made it seem unreal.

Brendan Paul, who worked as an assistant for Combs from 2022 to 2024, stated under oath that he bought illegal substances like marijuana, 2C, cocaine, ketamine, and ecstasy on various instances for his supervisor.

According to Paul, our communication with the drug dealer would be via text messages. After that, the drug dealer would show up at one of our homes. He also mentioned that he met these individuals primarily through text messages or phone calls.

However, Paul vehemently denied being a “drug mule” for the rap mogul.

On June 18, Judge Subramanian temporarily halted the proceedings in the courtroom because one of the main jurors was absent due to sickness. (The court will remain closed on June 19 in observance of Juneteenth.)

The judge announced that one of our jurors has fallen ill and experienced dizziness, causing them to return home. We were informed by their partner, which means they are unable to attend court today since they serve on the regular jury. As a result, it seems like we cannot proceed with the trial today.

The judge acknowledged that it’s uncertain if the juror’s spell of vertigo, characterized by feelings of dizziness, nausea, and headaches, among other symptoms, is short-lived or ongoing. However, they plan to keep a close eye on the matter.

Oh boy, oh boy! With the court taking a break on June 19 for Juneteenth, you bet your bottom dollar I’ll be there bright and early on June 20! Judge Subramanian has graciously decided to resume the trial with an abbreviated session, running from 9 in the morning until 1 in the afternoon. Can’t wait to see what unfolds next!

Following Judge Subramanian’s decision to dismiss Juror No. 6 due to inconsistencies regarding their residence, another juror might be at risk of removal. This second juror is suspected of having an inappropriate discussion about the case with a past coworker. The judge has interrogated this individual and requested their phone for examination, as reported by NBC News.

By the close of the court session on June 16, no determination had been reached regarding the member’s termination.

On June 13, Kanye West, known for his hit song “Stronger,” showed up at a New York City courthouse to back up Combs. He spent roughly half an hour within the building, briefly visiting the overflow section, but did not step into the courtroom itself. The main space is designated for Combs’ relatives and legal personnel, along with the press and onlookers who queue for hours in hopes of securing a seat.

Jane remembered a dispute that ensued among them following her vacation trip to Las Vegas with another hip-hop artist and his spouse.

She stated that this situation resulted in observing intimate acts between a person (Anton) who they frequently employed as a sex worker, and another individual, after she requested his services, while on a trip. A crowd of people reportedly witnessed this event taking place within a hotel room.

Jane communicated to Geragos, Combs’ legal representative, that the rap magnate was displeased following his allegation that she had been present at another man’s “wild party.

21st day into Combs’ trial, Maurene Comey, an assistant U.S. attorney, stated that they intend to dismiss one juror from the panel of twelve.

She expressed to Judge Subramanian, before the jury’s entrance into the New York City courtroom, “We found it difficult to include this in our letter. It seemed to suggest less than full honesty towards the court, which presents significant concerns for us.

Defense attorney Alexandra Shapiro, who pointed out that Juror No. 6 belongs to the panel’s group of Black jurors, requested a little bit more time to “compose a written response” and “review relevant legal precedents.

In reply, Judge Subramamian indicated that he would “defer making arrangements” concerning the juror until a final decision has been reached.

Jane and Garagos engaged in a heated discussion on June 10, during which Garagos implied that the former was involved in exchanging sexual favors for expensive items.

Lawyer Geragos scrutinized messages exchanged between Jane and Combs dating back to November 2021, where it appeared the witness expressed displeasure due to Combs engaging in intimate relationships with other women. According to these texts, she inquired whether Combs had given the other woman a Chanel bag following their encounter.

Jane said that she didn’t get a Chanel purse from Combs, telling Garagos that she “got trauma.”

When the attorney asked what a Bottega bag was, she replied, “I’m sure you have one.”

And when Geragos asked how much the item costs, Jane asked, “How much does my body cost?”

Jane was granted a 10-minute break following the exchange.

As a devoted observer, I affirmed in late 2022 that I perceived Combs to be an individual who derived satisfaction from witnessing my intimate moments with someone else, having scrutinized our unique relationship dynamics, based on my research.

She explained that her study provided a greater insight, “I was simply trying to delve deeper into all the factors contributing to their immense joy in observing their partner with other men.

It was suggested that Combs’ frequent requests for “hotel nights,” which closely resemble Ventura’s “freak offs,” might stem from him questioning his own sexuality, as he seems to be exploring different aspects of it.

She stated, “Those individuals might harbor a genuine curiosity they feel embarrassed about exploring personally. Instead, they employ women as proxies to satisfy their curiosity, without directly participating in the activity themselves.

Jane stated that she affectionately referred to Paul, an individual they frequently hired as an escort, as “Trifecta.” This was due to her likening their intimate relationship to the consistent triumphs of successful basketball players on the court.

“I was Kobe Bryant and Paul was Shaq [O’Neil],” she told jurors. “Combs was Michael Jordan.”

She characterized Paul as “very kind,” mentioning that if she were to engage in intimate activities with escorts, it would at least be with someone who exudes a comforting aura.

Jane stated that the relationship between Combs and Khorram was a source of disagreement or conflict, which affected her romantic involvement with the hip-hop tycoon.

Jane mentioned that Khorram was usually by his side. She found it challenging in their relationship, and she felt that the depth of her feelings towards him significantly impacted how Sean behaved toward her.

On June 10, Judge Subramanian refused a request for a mistrial from Diddy’s legal team. They had contended that Ventura and her companion Bryana Bongolan falsely claimed that they were dangled off the 17th-floor balcony by the rap tycoon.

In their latest court filing, his legal team alleged that the prosecution had acted improperly by presenting false testimony and engaging in misconduct during the trial.

The letter states that during this court case, the government has offered testimony which they either knew was untrue or should have realized was misleading, regarding their claim that Mr. Combs hung Bryana Bongolan over the balcony of Cassie Ventura’s apartment in September 2016. To prevent an unfair verdict in this trial, the court is recommended to declare a mistrial.

Jane alleged that the rap mogul had beaten her for hours June 2024.

Jane stated that she and Combs had a heated dispute over his association with a young woman, whom he was around 25 years younger than. This, according to Jane, resulted in her labeling him as a “predator” and forcefully pushing his head against a marble kitchen counter.

As a lifestyle expert, I’d rephrase it as: I concealed myself in the main bedroom when the Bad Boy Records founder, whom I was attempting to evade, started forcefully pushing open the door. Evidence presented included photographs showing the damage on the door. I claimed that during my attempt to escape, he kicked me in the rear thigh area, causing me to stumble and fall.

She explained to the prosecutors that he had pinned her down with a chokehold, hoisted her off the ground, leaving her struggling for air while standing on her tiptoes. Essentially, she was simply attempting to break free from his grasp.

Jane stated that she quickly exited their home, concealed herself against a nearby wall outside for roughly two hours, hoping he would depart, however, he remained. Following this, they reportedly went back to his residence, where Jane huddled in the backyard to shield herself as Combs is said to have assaulted her.

As per Jane’s account, the conflict intensified when it is claimed that Combs struck her repeatedly in the head. She testified, “He began hitting my head.” “He started kicking me,” she continued. “He was uttering abusive words and kept on striking me.

She alleged that he told her that she was “trying to take him away from his kids and his family.”

She testified, “I responded, ‘No, I’m not. Go away. Go. Stop it,’ but instead, he seized me by both my arm and my hair, forcibly pulling me back towards the house.

Following the suspected attack, Jane mentioned discovering “two bumps about the size of golf balls” on her forehead, along with a swollen and darkened left eye.

Or simply: After the reported attack, Jane pointed out two large bruises on her forehead and a blackened left eye.

Jane stated that Homeland Security executed a raid on her home, which was one of several properties owned by Combs, in March 2023. She reportedly contacted Combs’ head of security after agents arrived at her property to inform them about the incident.

In December 2023, it was claimed by Jane that the influential figure had threatened to expose intimate videos of them and share them with her child’s father.

In a decline of their relationship, Jane claimed that Comb’s rationale for publishing the videos was that he had “no more to lose.” In her testimony, she described it as an unrelenting series of intimidating phone calls.

Jane shared a message with Khorram regarding the incident, which became part of the court records. In her messages, Jane stated that Combs had warned he would share the video, where she expressed feeling “extremely intoxicated.

She mentioned requiring some distance from Combs, as she was attempting to process all the emotional distress he inflicted upon her.

Jane told the court that Khorram assured her that Combs would not use the footage.

During her statement, Jane indicated that certain aspects of Ventura’s November 2023 lawsuit (a case later resolved) resembled her personal encounters with Combs.

She confided in the jury, her voice choked with sobs, “I came very close to losing consciousness, and I believe I actually did.” She pointed out three particular pages that contained a deeply unsettling description of her ordeal.

Jane, having participated in the “hotel nights,” shared that it seemed as if she were living through “her personal narrative.” This experience prompted her to exchange text messages with Combs.

She expressed her feelings as follows: “Reading this feels like reliving my own sexual trauma,” she penned in response to Ventura’s lawsuit, as evidenced by the screenshots. “I am ill. It’s eerily similar, with days and nights filled with drugs. You should have known this was a possibility. You manipulated me, you drove me insane.

The messages persisted, making me feel deeply uncomfortable as I was compelled to comply repeatedly. You contributed to my distress regarding the sexual abuse I experienced. I feel profoundly violated and this situation feels like a form of sexual misuse.

Later on, Combs referred to Jane during their discussion, unbeknownst to her, and this secretly recorded conversation became part of the court proceedings. In it, he mentioned that “we did those actions” and expressed that “that was the time” when he required her “presence”.

Jane, unaware that she was under surveillance, expressed feeling nauseous upon reviewing Ventura’s files, informing Combs of her discomfort.

Jane mentioned that during the “Hotel Nights” she spent with Combs and male companions, she usually used ecstasy. However, on one particular occasion, she chose to abstain from drugs during a sexual encounter with three different men.

On this particular evening, she was with several gentlemen, as her testimony revealed. Later on, she became ill and vomited. Suddenly, Sean appeared, offering comfort, “Don’t worry, you’ll start feeling better now. Let’s step outside,” he said.

Jane said that at the end of the night, she felt “absolutely terrible.”

On the 18th day of the trial, I, as part of Combs’ legal team, submitted a motion for a mistrial on June 7. Our argument was that Ventura and Bongolan falsely claimed that the rap mogul had dangled the latter over a 17th-floor balcony.

In response to Judge Subramanian’s denial of their earlier request for a mistrial, lawyers representing Combs alleged that the prosecution acted unethically by presenting false or misleading testimony.

The government’s testimony during this trial was found to be misleading about crucial details concerning their accusation that Mr. Combs had hung Bryana Bongolan over the balcony of Cassie Ventura’s apartment in September 2016. To ensure a fair trial and prevent an unjust verdict, the court should declare a mistrial.

In my professional perspective, the defense has raised doubts about Bongolan’s truthfulness regarding the event, highlighting certain discrepancies they believe exist within her account of the incident. The prosecution plans to present their rebuttal on June 9, and the judge will deliver his decision on the matter the following day.

In April of 2023, which marked the start of their second year together, Jane stated that Sean Combs had taken over paying the rent for her home. This arrangement, as she explained, was a result of an agreement they made a month earlier, whereby Combs would provide her with a monthly stipend.

On that ‘hotel night,’ she recounted, it was then that Sean presented us with a sort of agreement, or as he called it, a ‘love contract,'” she shared with the jury. “In essence, he was asking me to specify my desired allowance.

month, just moving forward, that’s what he was going to do for me.”

She mentioned that she proposed an allowance of 15,000 while he suggested 10,000. This was her explanation about the situation. She began searching for new accommodations, eventually moved into a larger home within her budget. The new place was intended to provide ample space for herself and her child, as well as serve as a sanctuary where they could both find comfort. In essence, she wanted to achieve a sense of balance in their relationship; giving him love, he reciprocated by providing her with a home.

According to Jane’s claim, as stipulated in the contract, she was entitled to receive money “without any immediate requirement, for a period of two years.

Jane confided that she frequently experienced urinary tract infections and yeast infections nearly every week, which she attributed to her lengthy sexual encounters. She would often resort to taking antibiotics regularly. Moreover, she acknowledged engaging in sex before fully healing from her UTIs on some occasions. Furthermore, during all the hotel nights, she disclosed that she frequently encountered pelvic soreness.

The witness further disclosed that she experienced discomfort in her shoulders and back during intimacy. Moreover, she stated, “I found myself on the very edge of the chair or the bed, assuming the positions he preferred for foreplay with these men.

As a lifestyle expert, I’d rephrase it like this: Jane chose not to share her discomfort with Combs out of a desire to avoid conveying any negative vibes.

However, she claimed that the discomfort did not solely originate in their bedroom. She informed the jury that upon Combs’ request, she got her nipples pierced as he had stated it would “stimulate him greatly and that was what he desired from his partner.

She said she removed the piercings because they “snagged and bled and got infected.”

However, she testified that Combs was unhappy with her decision.

She claimed that, initially, he seemed fine about the situation. However, as time went on, she noticed his growing frustration with the length of time it was taking her to complete the task.

She remarked, ‘He used to comment, “This is the last time I see you without any piercings.”‘

Jane claimed that it was required of her to join an extended “birthday party at a hotel” for several hours in 2023, which went against her preferences.

Although he was reportedly told multiple times by her that she didn’t wish to participate, and the incident bore striking resemblance to Ventura’s experiences at “freak offs”, she later claimed that he unexpectedly arranged for an “entertainer” during their dinner instead.

As a devoted companion who dated Combs from 2021 to 2024, I chose to adorn myself for him. One evening, we found ourselves at a sushi dinner together. The joy of being with my beloved was palpable. He exuded such warmth, and then he expressed his eagerness to witness the entertainer later that night.

She went on to say, ‘I hadn’t anticipated this,’ she added. ‘When he told me it was an entertainer, I was speechless. But then he reminded me it was my birthday and we should have a good time, so I agreed.’

Jane, who found herself tearing up while testifying, expressed that the escort seemed more unfamiliar to her than anyone else.

On my birthday, I didn’t feel like participating in that activity, she stated. Instead, I found myself on the couch, arranging myself for intimacy, hoping to swiftly conclude the situation. I requested a condom from Sean. However, Sean gave me a disapproving look. He shook his head and said something along the lines of ‘You shouldn’t be asking for a condom.’

Following the accusation that the rap tycoon gave the escort birth control, “Jane” stated he appeared extremely uninterested or indifferent.

She stated that he was leaving, and during the entire incident, his dismay was evident. This sight truly saddened me. I just wished it would all end.

Jane claimed that the longest stretch without sleep occurred over New Year’s in 2022, lasting approximately 3 to 3.5 days. She admitted to using “ecstasy, caffeine, water, and protein shakes” to keep herself awake throughout a continuous sexual encounter.
