However, two years later, there has been no news about this project, possibly due to the upcoming release of The Conjuring: Last Rites in cinemas on September 5th, which marks the end of Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga’s characters Ed and Lorraine Warren’s journey within the franchise. While they are generally supportive of the franchise’s growth, they have expressed some reservations about a TV series that does not include them.
