In simpler terms, Graeme Timmins, the Creative Director of Borderlands 4, revealed that they’ve incorporated a new feature resembling an amended loadout system. This tool lets players categorize their gear into distinct groups or labels, enabling swift sorting. By employing this method, gamers can effortlessly filter equipment into sets and swap out weapons, armor, and other items instantly without any hassle. This appears to be a significant improvement over Borderlands 3’s system of labeling items as either “junk” or favorite.

Although it doesn’t function as an armory or loadout in the traditional sense, you can categorize your equipment by labeling them into distinct categories or tags (such as Favorites, 1, 2, 3, 4). You can then utilize filters to quickly change your gear setup.

Timmons has also confirmed that a photo mode will be added to the game at a later date, adding to the excitement of fans.
