Sister Wives’ Christine Brown Details Her Sex Life With Ex Kody Brown

Christine Brown did not feel like love was multiplied during her spiritual marriage to Kody Brown.

In truth, one of the stars from “Sister Wives,” who had been in a polygamous relationship with Kody for more than 25 years until their 2021 split, stated that there was minimal sexual involvement on Kody’s part in their relationship.

In Christine’s memoir, “Sister Wife: A Memoir of Faith, Family, and Finding Freedom,” due September 2, she described her relationship with Kody as uninspiring, stating that she was always the one who had to start things. As a form of compensation for mediocre sexual encounters, Kody expected a back massage, which often escalated into a complete body massage. He never offered to reciprocate.

Though Christine did bring up her concerns to Kody, she said he’d often respond with an excuse.

She remembered saying to him that she longed for a relaxing shoulder massage, but found herself met with various reasons when she proposed it. He would often respond by saying it wasn’t something that appealed to him, or that he was too exhausted, or that he had endured a challenging day at work.

In retrospect, Christine commented that the foreplay was intended exclusively for Kody, not anyone else, as she is currently wedded to David Woolley.

Christine mentioned that she’s unsure if her co-wives, Meri, Janelle, and Robyn, ever gave Kody massages as they never discussed bedroom matters. However, Christine felt the need to provide massages to Kody in order to initiate intimate moments between them.

It doesn’t mean Christine was completely unaware of what happened in the bedrooms of her sister wives. In fact, she often hinted at knowing quite a bit due to the thin walls in their shared home.

She wrote that while it’s one thing to suspect her roommate was having intimate moments in the new bedroom, it’s quite another when she realizes it’s her husband and can clearly hear everything. Yes, they were all married to him, yes, she knew of his activities on the nights he wasn’t with her. What surprised her was how deeply painful it was to learn about it, especially since it seemed as though they had genuine connections – conversations, games, and physical intimacy.

When it was Kody’s turn, given that Robyn is his only current wife, to spend the night with her according to their rotating schedule, Christine mentioned that he typically kept his distance. This is why she gradually lost faith in her self-image as her relationship with Kody progressed.

In her explanation, Christine stated that she often found herself dressed in either ‘polygamy pyjamas’ or lingerie, as Kody requested during intimate moments. However, she clarified that these occasions didn’t make her feel sexually attracted to him.

She explained that it might take several years before she feels comfortable in her own skin. Initially, she was very self-assured upon getting married, but over time, a significant portion of her self-confidence diminished. During that initial year, she admitted to losing touch with herself.

As a lifestyle expert, I’d put it this way: Reflecting on my journey, I recall that it took approximately two years into my marriage with Kody before I experienced my first orgasm.

Ah, I see now, that’s the source of all the excitement. Even though it was purely by chance, it still is.

Over the years, Christine has mentioned that she and Kody, who have children together including Asypen (age 30), Mykelti (age 29), Paedon (age 27), Gwendlyn (age 23), Ysabel (age 22), and Truely (age 15), “established a pattern with their intimate relationship.
