The cast of Dancing With the Stars season 34 is ready to tango.
This fall, Hilaria Baldwin, Jordan Chiles, Baron Davis, Dylan Efron, Corey Feldman, Danielle Fishel, Elaine Hendrix, Scott Hoying, Lauren Jauregui, and Andy Richter are set to take the dance floor. Their participation was announced on September 3 on Good Morning America. They will be joining Robert Irwin and Alix Earle, who were previously announced, as well as Whitney Leavitt and Jen Affleck from the show Secret Lives of Mormon Wives.
For the experts who are set to appear with the already announced newcomer, Eras Tour dancer Jan Ravnick, in the upcoming season 34 of the show, we have Gleb Savchenko, Ezra Sosa, Britt Stewart, Val Chmerkovskiy, Daniella Karagach, Jenna Johnson, Pasha Pashkov, Alan Bersten, Rylee Arnold, Witney Carson, Brandon Armstrong, Mark Ballas and Emma Slater all ready to pair up.
Before the official cast list was revealed, Alix and Robert expressed their enthusiasm about being part of the popular ABC competition show.
In May, Alix shared that for her, joining the show has been a longtime dream.
The influencer shared that they’ve been a devoted fan of “Dancing with the Stars” for quite some time, revealing their fond memories of watching it with their grandmother during their younger years. She often encouraged them by saying, “Perhaps someday you could appear on the show.
Alix, who had a competitive dancing background from high school, expressed that she was deeply fond of dance. Eager to push her boundaries, she felt this would be an enjoyable experience. Hence, her response was straightforward – a resounding ‘yes’.
In a straightforward and conversational manner, this sentence could be rephrased as: Robert, who is the initial star confirmed for the show, expressed his excitement about performing, adding that he’s eager to follow in the footsteps of his famous sibling Bindi Irwin.
He expressed his immense excitement about being part of ‘Dancing With the Stars’ this season when he spoke to TopMob News in April. He said that the news hasn’t fully registered with him yet, but he’s eager to step onto the dance floor. In his words, ‘Let’s get started, let’s give it our best shot.’ Despite being uncertain about his dancing skills, he promised to put in his utmost effort.
Jenna Johnson and Val Chmerkovskiy believe that Robert could potentially win the Mirrorball trophy.
In simple terms, Jenna shared with TopMob News on August 7 that there’s a special quality about positivity and enthusiasm, and it’s infectious in him. It simply is. Moreover, they are a wonderful family, so she is eager to see his progress. She believes he will make an outstanding addition to our program.
For a look back at last season’s cast, read on.
In the TV series titled “Inventing Anna“, the main character traded her ankle monitor for dancing shoes while working with partner Ezra Sosa. Unfortunately, this alleged heiress was dismissed during the September 24 episode of the show. Her departure speech, which became notorious, consisted of just one word: “Nothing”.
The Olympic rugby player eagerly prepared to take to the dance floor with professional dancer Alan Bersten, ultimately placing second in the competition.
The Disney Channel actor attempted to reach the pinnacle by dancing with partner Brandon Armstrong, eventually finishing in third place.
On October 15, the model and her dance partner, Gleb Savchenko, concluded their performances in the ballroom and took a final, elegant curtsy or bow.
Emma Slater, a former star of Family Matters, and her partner found great importance in winning the Mirrorball Trophy. Unfortunately, their competitive run ended prematurely during week two on October 8th.
In the second week, the actor from “The Dark Knight” worked together with Britt Stewart. They both got eliminated along with Reginald and Emma at the same time.
The Bachelor alum has found his rose between thorns in partner Jenna Johnson, winning season 33.
In a more natural and easy-to-read manner, the character from the show “Beverly Hills, 90210” was eager to dance with Pasha Pashkov. Sadly, they only lasted one week before being eliminated together with Anna and Ezra in a double elimination.
Without a doubt, professional NFL player and partner Witney Carson certainly shined on the dance floor, earning a commendable fifth place in the final competition.
In more casual terms, the NBA star aspired to outshine all others alongside his dance partner Daniella Karagach, but unfortunately they were removed from the competition on November 12.
In the upcoming competition, our Olympic athlete aimed for another award – more specifically, the Mirrorball Trophy – alongside dance partner Rylee Arnold. They secured a respectable fourth place in the grand finale held on November 26th.
In the dance competition, the former contestant from “Traitors” had confidence in their partnership with Val Chmerkovskiy to eliminate other competitors. However, on October 22, they were unfortunately eliminated from the show’s lineup.
As a lifestyle enthusiast, I must share that, despite my shining performance with dancing partner Sasha Farber on “Bachelorette,” we found ourselves unexpectedly exiting the ballroom competition on October 29. Although it was a bittersweet moment for us, it simply underscores the unpredictable nature of dance competitions and our commitment to continuing our passion for the art form.
