Honestly, we’ve seen so many adaptations that actually *surpass* the original, haven’t we? The actor Michele Morrone promised they’d stay true to the book, which is great, but I’m also kind of hoping they took some creative risks. A little extra tension or deeper character work could really elevate the story, and that wouldn’t bother me at all – in fact, it might make it even more amazing!
