As a gamer, I’m really excited about this collection! Every single game here has a score of 7/10 or higher from Push Square, which is a great sign of quality. Plus, they’re all on sale at their lowest prices ever – I’ve even seen some that are cheaper now than they’ve ever been! It’s a fantastic opportunity to grab some awesome games without breaking the bank.
If you need to top up your PSN wallet, we’ve got you covered:
Without further ado, here are our recommendations in the Tokyo Game Show 2025 sale.
Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon (PS5)
$35.99/£35.99 (-40%)
After achieving huge success with games like Dark Souls and Elden Ring, FromSoftware revisited a series they created earlier in their history: Armored Core. This sixth main game in the series feels much like previous installments – which might be a little jarring for players new to the franchise – but it’s still (mostly) excellent. You’ll constantly be engaging in fast-paced combat, and a key part of the game involves customizing your mech with new components to optimize its performance on the battlefields of Rubicon. It’s a consistently enjoyable game, but it probably won’t be as unforgettable as some of FromSoftware’s more recent, well-known titles.

Assassin’s Creed Shadows (PS5)
$41.99/£41.99 (-40%)
Ubisoft at last brings the action to Japan with Assassin’s Creed Shadows. Featuring two playable characters and one of the most detailed open worlds ever seen in an Assassin’s Creed game, Shadows tells another powerful story about revenge. The game really emphasizes sneaking and stealth more than other recent titles, but it also delivers satisfying, skill-based combat, giving you the best of both worlds for fast-paced action. This is a truly excellent addition to the franchise, made even better by memorable characters and a surprisingly complex story.
Blasphemous II (PS5)
$14.99/£12.49 (-50%)

It refines the combat to be quicker, more fluid, and more precise, and it eliminates frustrating instant-death traps, making the platforming much fairer. The game is also brimming with secrets and items to discover. With its incredible attention to detail and polished presentation, Blasphemous 2 is a truly memorable experience that players are sure to remember for a long time.
Bomb Rush Cyberfunk (PS5)
$19.99/£17.49 (-50%)

Disco Elysium is a remarkable role-playing game. You play as a police officer who has lost their memory and is investigating a very strange murder. Your job is to question the people in town while also figuring out your own identity. From beginning to end, Disco Elysium captivates with its excellent writing and memorable characters, allowing you to create a truly personal experience as you explore the immersive city of Revachol. The game’s slow and deliberate style might not appeal to all players, but if you’re searching for a complex and thought-provoking RPG, you won’t find a better option on PS5. It truly stands out as a great achievement in the genre.
Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot (PS5)
£2.23 (-86%)
Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot retells the complete Dragon Ball Z story within a large, open world. It’s filled with side quests, extra things to do, and gameplay elements from role-playing games. Fantasian Neo Dimension (PS5)
$29.99/£29.99 (-40%)
Fantasian Neo Dimension brings to mind the classic Final Fantasy games. It features a stunning soundtrack, gorgeous environments, and a world that truly captures the imagination. However, the game is slightly hindered by characters who, while pleasant, fall into familiar tropes, and a predictable storyline. More significantly, it suffers from unpredictable and harsh difficulty jumps, making battles frustrating during the latter portion of the game. Despite these issues, few RPGs are quite like it – fans of the genre should definitely check this one out.
