One of the Best Horror Trilogies of All Time Is Easier Than Ever To Stream

It’s tough to make one good horror movie, but creating three consistently great ones in a row is a real challenge. Only a few film series have succeeded, like Sam Raimi’s Evil Dead trilogy and Ti West’s X trilogy. Now, as horror fans plan their October movie marathons, they can add what many are calling one of the best horror trilogies ever made – it’s recently become available on three different streaming platforms.

Wes Craven’s original Scream trilogy – Scream, Scream 2, and Scream 3 – is now readily available to stream. All three films became accessible on Hulu, Paramount+, and Peacock starting October 1st. These movies, initially written by Kevin Williamson and later by Ehren Kruger for the third film, revolve around the masked killer Ghost Face and feature Neve Campbell as Sidney Prescott, Courteney Cox as Gale Weathers, and David Arquette as Dewey Riley. For those who want to watch the whole series, all six Scream movies are streaming on Paramount+. Additionally, Scream 4 is available on Peacock, Tubi, and AMC+, and Scream 5 can also be streamed on Hulu.

The original Scream trilogy isn’t the only horror you can watch right now. Hulu now has seven of the Saw movies, as well as Barbarian available for streaming. On Paramount+, you can find 30 Days of Night, The Evil Dead (1981), and Urban Legend, all added as of October 1st. Peacock’s streaming selection now includes scary movies like The Crow, Fright Night, Ouija: Origin Of Evil, and nearly every film in the Leprechaun franchise.
