Hilaria Baldwin is grateful for her time on Dancing With the Stars.
After being eliminated from the competition on Disney Night, October 7th, the 41-year-old and her partner, Gleb Savchenko, 42, handled the news with grace.
We’re doing alright, all things considered,” she said to TopMob News after they were eliminated, speaking with Gleb. “It’s definitely tough, but we’re managing. It’s a bit of a mixed bag of emotions right now.
Hilaria Baldwin, who has seven children – Carmen (11), Rafael (10), Leonardo (8), Romeo (7), Eduardo and María Lucía (both 4), and Ilaria (2) – with her husband Alec Baldwin, became emotional while discussing the support she’s received from her family during her time on the show.
When we first arrived in LA, I talked to my daughter – I’m very open with my kids – and asked her, ‘What if I’m eliminated right away?’ It was emotional for her, and she told me, ‘Mommy, at least you tried.’ That’s something I really want her, and all my kids, to always remember: I gave it my best shot.
Gleb then complimented Hilaria, praising both her love of dancing and her natural skill.
“You did your best, and I’m so proud of you,” he said. “I’m also really grateful for the chance to dance with you—it felt like I was back in my competitive days. I’ve never danced a samba at that level before, not even on *Dancing With the Stars* or during any of my tours.”
The professional dancer explained that they aimed to connect with the audience on an emotional level, sharing the genuine feelings of the moment. They praised their partner as a true inspiration, both in the dance studio and in their personal life, highlighting their incredible dedication as a mother to seven children.
Gleb said they’re excited to support and encourage everyone continuing with their progress, and they send their love and best wishes.
Indeed, Hilaria said that they’ll split their votes evenly between all of them in the coming weeks.
She explained that they had received ten votes and wanted to give each person one, as they all deserved equal recognition.
