Want More Silent Hill on PS5? You May Not Have to Wait Long

Are you loving Silent Hill F?

This game has been a strong contender for our Game of the Month award and has received a lot of positive attention on social media since it launched.

If you’ve finished the game, you might be curious about what comes next. According to rumors, a new game called Silent Hill: Townfall could be released soon.

According to the French fansite Biohazard Ultimate, though the information isn’t completely confirmed, the new, indie-style game is expected to launch on March 26th for PlayStation 5. An official announcement is planned during a Silent Hill presentation later this month.

Konami has previously hosted Silent Hill presentations in October, leading up to Halloween. According to fans, this is where we’ll likely see the first official reveal of the Silent Hill remake being developed by Bloober Team.

The period of Sony having exclusive rights to the game Silent Hill 2 is over, and it will soon be available on other gaming systems.

The game’s title is likely coming to PS Plus Extra, giving us plenty to showcase in an upcoming livestream.

Silent Hill: Townfall is shaping up to be a story-focused adventure game with a strong emphasis on atmosphere, and it won’t feature combat. The game is being developed by Screen Burn, a UK-based studio also known as No Code, who previously created the well-received game Observation.

We haven’t been able to confirm the reported release date, but everything we’ve heard sounds plausible. We’ll let you know as soon as Konami officially announces a Silent Hill presentation.
