Alec Baldwin Addresses Wife Hilaria Baldwin’s DWTS Elimination

Alec Baldwin wants Hilaria Baldwin to keep her dancing shoes on.

Following her elimination from season 34 of *Dancing With the Stars* alongside her partner, Gleb Savchenko, the former *30 Rock* star posted a heartfelt message celebrating her experience.

As a lifestyle expert, I’ve always said family support is everything, and Alec Baldwin beautifully expressed that recently. He shared how incredibly proud he is of his wife, Hilaria, and how wonderful it’s been for their whole family to rally around her, especially as she’s always been there for them. He described something she’s been working towards for a long time as finally becoming a reality – a true dream come true for her, and it was so touching to see him publicly acknowledge and celebrate that.

The actor and his wife of 13 years have seven children together: Carmen, 11, Rafael, 10, Leonardo, 8, Romeo, 7, Eduardo and María Lucía, both 4, and Ilaria, 2. He also has a 29-year-old daughter, Ireland Baldwin, with his former partner, Kim Basinger. He finished by sharing a heartfelt message with Hilaria.

Alec offered his congratulations and encouraged Hilaria to keep dancing, telling her, “I love you so much.”

For her part, Hilaria had an emotional reaction to her Oct. 7 elimination.

After being eliminated, she told TopMob News, ‘We’re doing alright, honestly. It’s tough, but we’re hanging in there. It’s a bit of a mixed bag of emotions right now.’

It was when she brought up her kids that Hilaria grew tearful.

When we first arrived in LA, I talked to my daughter – I’m very open with my kids – and asked her what would happen if I was eliminated right away on the show. She simply said, ‘Mom, at least you tried.’ And that’s what I hope everyone remembers: I gave it my best shot.

Hilaria and Gleb were eliminated from the ABC competition series on October 7th. They were the fourth couple to leave the show, following Lauren Jauregui and Brandon Armstrong, Corey Feldman and Jenna Johnson, and Baron Davis and Britt Stewart.

Everyone – the judges, the other contestants, and the viewers – was surprised when Lauren and Brandon were eliminated.

After the news was announced, Lauren summed her surprise with one word, saying she was, “Pissed.”

However, the Fifth Harmony alum had many more words for her partner, Brandon.

I have to say, Gleb really highlighted everything Hilaria managed to achieve during her four weeks on the show. It was impressive, and he made sure everyone knew it!

“You did everything you could, and I’m so proud of you,” he said. “I’m also really thankful for the chance to dance with you – it felt like I was back in my competitive days. I’ve never danced a samba that well on *Dancing With the Stars* or during any of my tours.”

As a dance professional, my goal is always connection – to share the emotion of the moment with the audience. And honestly, working with this particular person was incredible! They brought such genuine energy to the studio, they truly shone as a performer. But even more impressively, they’re a phenomenal mom to seven kids – a real-life superhero balancing it all with grace and strength. It was inspiring to witness!
