Tallulah Willis Shares Message After Being Bullied Over Appearance

Tallulah Willis is calling out the haters.

The 31-year-old daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore confidently showed off her look and publicly challenged Perez Hilton for criticizing her during her teenage years.

Tallulah shared on Instagram that the face, smile, and even the chin – referencing a past incident where @perez allegedly bullied a 13-year-old – which once caused her immense pain, are now her most cherished gifts.

I couldn’t even say the word ‘chin’ for a long time. It felt like a shameful flaw, something everyone constantly pointed out. It’s ridiculous that I was made to feel bad for having a natural, expressive feature – something that showed I was alive and feeling things!

The fashion designer acknowledged the environment that enabled her critics, but focused on how much more self-assured she’s become.

Tallulah shared that she’s upset with the adults who made her dislike herself, but she’s proud of the effort she’s put in to overcome those negative feelings. She ended with a message of love and encouragement, telling everyone to keep going.

Tallulah followed up with another post directed at Perez, sharing screenshots from a 2008 blog post where he commented on her body and called her names.

She publicly criticized a thirty-year-old man for inappropriately sexualizing a fourteen-year-old, writing on Instagram that his actions caused her lasting pain. However, she emphasized that she didn’t let it defeat her, and instead focused on healing and overcoming the experience.

Even though Perez said some unkind things, Tallulah focused on what she hopes he’ll learn from the experience.

She expressed hope that this situation would encourage him to think about his past actions and understand why he felt the need to hurt others. She also said she wishes him and his family all the best, emphasizing that offering kindness is the most anyone can do.

After Tallulah shared her message, she received a lot of supportive responses, including a heartfelt comment from her sister, Rumer Willis, who wrote, “I love you so much.”

Although Perez hasn’t addressed his remarks about Tallulah publicly, he has apologized several times for comments made about other celebrities. He’s most well-known for apologizing for years of making fun of Britney Spears, including her conservatorship.

In a 2021 interview with Sky News, he admitted he hadn’t communicated effectively and hadn’t shown enough understanding or compassion regarding Britney’s difficult situation. He sincerely apologized and expressed deep regret for his actions.

In January 2024, Bobby addressed speculation about a disagreement with Tan, following his announcement in November 2023 that he was leaving *Queer Eye* after eight seasons. (Bobby is pictured second from left.)

He told *Vanity Fair* that he and Tan are doing okay despite a personal issue they’ve been dealing with. He emphasized that the situation is private and unrelated to their work on the show, and clarified it wasn’t a romantic matter.

In March 2024, Tan addressed claims that he tried to get his friend Jeremiah Brent to replace Bobby on the show *Queer Eye*.

We held a thorough audition process for the role. I didn’t recommend my friend for it, but they ultimately got the part because they were the most qualified. And to be clear, I didn’t help them get the role by sabotaging anyone else, as he explained on Instagram.

After years of speculation about a disagreement, Holly Marie Combs, Shannen Doherty’s former co-star on *Charmed*, revealed on her December 2023 podcast, *Let’s Be Clear*, that Alyssa Milano supposedly gave a show producer an ultimatum: choose her or Shannen. Combs claims this led to Shannen leaving the show in 2001.

In a February 2024 Instagram post, Alyssa stated she couldn’t have gotten anyone fired and claimed that any current accounts of the events were simply rewriting history, given how much time had passed.

At a MegaCon Orlando panel, Shannen stated that, to her knowledge, the story as it was originally told remains accurate and hasn’t been altered.

Shannen passed away in July 2024 after a yearslong battle with cancer.

Let me tell you, as someone who’s seen a lot in the celebrity world, I was a little surprised by what happened on *TopMob News* last September. I was playing a game with my daughter, Kelly, when I just blurted out that Ashton Kutcher is, well, the rudest celebrity I’ve ever encountered. I know it sounds harsh, but I really felt that way! I described him as just being a really rude and unpleasant person, even calling him a ‘dastardly little thing’ – I just wasn’t impressed, honestly.

He did not respond to her remarks publicly.

Five years ago, Sharon shared with Larry King that Ashton seemed upset when he was on *The Talk* in 2014, after she mistakenly said his name wrong.

She remembered him asking, ‘Who are you and what have you accomplished in this business?’ She responded sharply, telling him, ‘Don’t underestimate me, because I’ll completely overwhelm you.’ She finished by saying, ‘You have no idea who you’re talking to.’

In August 2022, Cassadee Pope and Maren Morris publicly disagreed with Brittany Aldean, wife of country singer Jason Aldean. This followed a post Brittany shared on Instagram on August 23rd, where she thanked her parents for not allowing her to transition during a phase where she preferred traditionally masculine interests, stating she enjoyed being feminine.

In a 2022 TikTok trend, JoJo Siwa called Candace Cameron Bure the “rudest” celebrity she’d ever met, explaining that Bure had once turned down her request for a photo on the red carpet. Soon after, Cameron Bure apologized, saying she regretted hurting Siwa’s feelings when she was eleven and that she was truly sorry for not taking the picture.

Candace and the other person resolved their differences. However, when asked months later if her network, Great American Family, would ever feature same-sex couples as the main characters in its holiday movies, she stated that wasn’t planned, explaining that the network would continue to focus on traditional marriage.

JoJo, who publicly shared they are part of the LGBTQ+ community in 2021, responded to the actress’ comment on Instagram, calling it “rude and hurtful to the entire LGBTQ+ community.”

In June 2021, Courtney Love claimed Olivia Rodrigo had copied the album cover art for Hole in a promotional photo without proper credit. Olivia responded with a simple, “Love you and I feel your pain so much.” Courtney then playfully replied, thanking Olivia and offering to share the details of her favorite florist in Notting Hill if Olivia messaged her, adding that she looked forward to receiving a note.

While on *Watch What Happens Live*, the *Happy Days* actor explained the reason for his difficult relationship with the *Forrest Gump* star while filming the 1989 movie *Turner & Hooch*.

I directed the movie for thirteen days, and then Jeff Katzenberg, the producer, told me to go home – that I had everything I needed, he said.

Winkler and Hanks’ dog seemed to hit it off. “I really loved that dog,” Winkler said, “we got along wonderfully.”

He also refused to admit if he’s even seen the flick.

“You know what you did!”

Anyone who watched *The Hills* likely remembers that famous line from Lauren on the show’s third season premiere. The drama between them started when Heidi began dating her future husband, Spencer Pratt. It escalated when Lauren claimed Heidi and Spencer spread a false rumor about her and Jason Wahler making a sex tape.

Tyrese and Dwayne Johnson had another public disagreement after the release date for *Fast & Furious 9* was moved to April 2020. On the same day, a spin-off movie featuring Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham was announced, set to release in 2019. Shortly after, Tyrese said he would leave *Fast 9* if Dwayne Johnson was still involved.

Tyrese recently discussed the conflict with Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, telling Van Lathan on the *The Red Pill* podcast that they still haven’t spoken directly, though he expects they will. He mentioned he did speak with one of Johnson’s producing partners, but not with Johnson himself.

Tyrese admitted he shouldn’t have publicly shared frustrations on behalf of others involved with the franchise. He explained he was the one who spoke out, which he now recognizes was unprofessional and a mistake.

No more bad blood here.

Taylor Swift and Katy Perry had a long-running public disagreement, rumored to be the inspiration behind Swift’s song “Bad Blood.” The conflict, which began with issues over a shared backup dancer and competition during concert tours, ended when Perry sent Swift an olive branch as a peace offering before Swift’s *Reputation* Tour began.

Taylor shared in an Instagram video that she found a real olive branch in her dressing room, saying it meant a lot to her.

Taylor captioned the video, “Thank you Katy.”

For years, Kim Cattrall and Sarah Jessica Parker, stars of *Sex and the City*, successfully dismissed rumors of a disagreement. However, those rumors resurfaced when Kim chose not to participate in a third movie and subsequently made some pointed remarks about her co-star.

During a September 2017 episode of *Watch What Happens Live*, Andy Cohen asked Sarah Jessica Parker how she felt about Kim Cattrall telling Piers Morgan that they had only ever been coworkers, not friends.

Honestly, hearing her talk about it just broke my heart. We’d spent the whole week discussing it, and she was clearly really upset. She kept saying it wasn’t how *she* remembered things, and it just felt…wrong. It was like we weren’t even talking about the same time in our lives, and it was so painful to hear her version of events.

It’s upsetting, but I believe what truly connects us is the shared experience we had. It started as a professional project, but over the years, it became deeply personal, consuming a significant part of our lives. I’m hoping that those years, and the special connection we all felt, will outweigh any recent disagreements. It was a privilege to be a part of something so meaningful with such a strong connection to people.

And though they didn’t film scenes together, Kim did make a small appearance on And Just Like That.

Elton John and Madonna have been publicly disagreeing since 2004. The conflict began when Elton, while accepting an award at the Q Awards that year, criticized Madonna’s live performances. He famously told the audience, “Madonna, best live act? Absolutely not!” and questioned her use of lip-syncing, suggesting anyone who lip-syncs during a paid concert shouldn’t be doing so.

The actress, formerly on *Grey’s Anatomy*, caused a disagreement with the show’s creator back in 2008 when she asked to be removed from Emmy Award nominations. She explained her decision by saying she hadn’t been given storylines that she felt deserved recognition.

Shonda Rhimes discussed Katherine’s choice in a 2012 interview with Oprah Winfrey on *Oprah’s Next Chapter*. She admitted it was both hurtful and predictable. “When people reveal their true selves, you should pay attention,” Shonda explained. “I’ve really taken that to heart, and it’s been a valuable lesson for me.”

The fight between Nicki and Cardi at the Harper’s Bazaar Icon party during New York Fashion Week made headlines everywhere. A month later, Cardi publicly explained what started the argument with Nicki.

Cardi B told W magazine that someone has been repeatedly criticizing her. She explained that she’d talked to this person twice before and thought they’d resolved the issue, but the criticism continued.

The conflict really escalated when Cardi B noticed Nicki Minaj had reportedly reacted to a tweet criticizing Cardi’s parenting, though Nicki claims she didn’t actually engage with it.

I was set to earn a lot of money from my tour with Bruno Mars, but I chose to stay home with my daughter instead,” Cardi explained. “I love my daughter, and I’m a really good mom. It’s frustrating when people without kids criticize my choices. Everyone says the party wasn’t the right place to see another artist, but I don’t expect to run into someone famous just anywhere – like at the grocery store or walking down the street.

As a lifestyle expert, I’ve definitely followed the Kanye and Taylor story over the years! It all began back in 2009 at the VMAs when Kanye famously interrupted Taylor’s acceptance speech – a moment everyone remembers. They actually managed to patch things up and even became friends for a while, which was lovely to see. Sadly, that friendship really fell apart in 2016 after Kanye released his song ‘Famous,’ which included a reference to Taylor, and things haven’t been the same since.

Just before the Grammy Awards in February 2025, Kanye West began following only Taylor Swift on Instagram. He didn’t offer any explanation for this action, and Swift didn’t publicly acknowledge it.

“I don’t know her.”

The supposed rivalry between Mariah Carey and Jennifer Lopez has been talked about for over 15 years. It began during an interview where Mariah was asked about other singers. When asked specifically about Jennifer Lopez, Mariah famously responded, “I don’t know her.”
