Nikki & Brie Garcia Reveal If JJ Garcia Will Be on The Bachelorette

Nikki Garcia and Brie Garcia do not see roses in their brother’s future.

The twin sisters shared that after their brother, JJ Garcia, appeared on their reality shows *Total Bellas* and *Total Divas*, producers from *The Bachelorette* contacted them about featuring the 39-year-old on the dating show. But the WWE stars immediately shut down the idea.

Nikki explained on their SiriusXM podcast, *The Nikki and Brie Show*, that they didn’t want their brother, JJ, to appear on *The Bachelorette*. She jokingly said, ‘We told them no way – Vacation JJ is staying home!’ and emphasized that JJ needed to stay far away from the show.

Comparing JJ to her own wild side, Brie added, “Yeah, if you guys think ‘Brie Mode’ is crazy, man.”

They also pointed out that considering their brother—who shares two daughters, 8-year-old Vivienne and 7-year-old Alice, with his ex-wife Lauren Garcia—as a potential contestant could give viewers a clue about the type of person the Bachelorette is interested in.

Nikki explained that they were targeting single fathers, and that’s why JJ seemed like a good fit. She said they probably thought, ‘He’s got kids and he’s a bit of a free spirit.’

So, JJ won’t be on the show, but don’t worry, my sister and I will absolutely be watching Taylor Frankie Paul’s season as the Bachelorette! I mean, I *have* to see what happens, right?

Fans are excited to watch, but Taylor has expressed surprise at being cast in the main role.

You know, as a lifestyle expert, I talk to a lot of people about big life changes, and what this mom of three shared with Alex Cooper on *Call Her Daddy* really resonated with me. She admitted that even with everything happening, it hadn’t quite *hit* her yet. She described it as feeling unreal, like it wouldn’t be truly real until she was actually *living* it – until the limo arrived and she met everyone involved. It’s a surprisingly common feeling – that disconnect between knowing something is happening and actually processing it!

“Like, how did I get here?” Taylor continued. “In my head, it’s like, ‘how is this happening?’”

Okay, so Spencer Conley – remember him? Jenn Tran was totally charmed by his sweet, golden retriever vibe on *The Bachelorette* – well, he *killed* it on *Bachelor in Paradise* Season 10! He posted this adorable little clip of him and Jess Edwards – you know, the one who gave Joey a shot – and it was *so* clear they were falling for each other. Like, that ‘falling’ stage in *Bachelor* world, which basically means they’re not saying ‘I love you’ *quite* yet. But get this – he posted it on his Instagram Stories in August 2025 and straight-up said he’d ‘already won’! I’m telling you, Spencer and Jess are the real deal, and I’m already shipping them so hard!

Jess echoed the sentiment, posting online that she was feeling happy about Spencer. The couple chose their relationship over a $250,000 prize, and were thrilled to receive a surprise gift of $190,000. Jess shared that everything they’d experienced together had brought them to this perfect moment. She’s now planning to move to Dallas to be with Spencer, as announced by the show.

Status: Dating

Bailey Taylor Brown declared on Instagram in August 2025 that her date with Jeremy Simon was the best first date she’d ever had, following their time on the tenth season of *Paradise*. But could it also be their last? Bailey, who originally competed for Grant Ellis’ affection, and Jeremy, who almost won over Jenn on *The Bachelorette*, managed to overcome their biggest fight yet when Bailey discovered Jeremy had hesitated about sending Susie Evans home.

Despite the drama, their connection grew stronger in Costa Rica. Though they were eliminated during the *Bachelor in Paradise* finale, they continued dating privately. The show later revealed they’d already met each other’s families and were planning to live in the same city.

Status: Dating

It looks like things are still going strong between *Paradise* season 10 contestants Andrew Spencer (from Katie Thurston’s season) and Alexe Godin (from Grant’s season). Just six days after Andrew publicly called Alexe his “love” on Instagram in August 2025, she returned the affection, calling him her “sweetheart” in a post of her own.

Although they chose love instead of the $250,000 prize on the *Bachelor in Paradise* finale, they still each received $125,000.

“This is incredible,” Alexe exclaimed. “I’m leaving with money, but more importantly, with love.”

The show then revealed that Alexe plans to move to Chicago with Andrew, bringing their relationship to the Windy City.

Status: Dating

Kat and Dale faced a difficult situation during the *Bachelor in Paradise* finale when Sean McLaughlin claimed Kat had been secretly communicating with an ex-boyfriend through letters and a laptop. Kat, a nurse practitioner, denied contacting him while on the show, admitting she and her ex had still been in touch before arriving because she didn’t expect to find someone new.

Although Kat and Dale didn’t make it to the final rose ceremony, their relationship continued to grow after the show. Viewers learned that the couple, who first appeared on seasons of *The Bachelor* featuring Zach Shallcross and Clare Crawley respectively, traveled the U.S. together and were planning a future together, including moving closer to each other.

Dale wrote under Kat’s August 2025 Instagram post, ‘It wasn’t always easy, but we got through it together, and I wouldn’t trade the experience for anything.’

Status: Just friends—for now

After leaving season 10 of *Bachelor in Paradise*, Gary Levingston and Leslie Fhima (who was a finalist on *Golden Bachelor*) seemed to have a promising future together, even posting online about creating new memories. However, Leslie, who once inspired musician Prince, isn’t certain she wants to pursue a romantic relationship with Gary.

She shared that she and Gary talk constantly. Appearing on Bachelor Happy Hour in August 2025, she described him as one of her closest friends, someone she turns to when she needs help. He’s a great support, and they always have each other’s backs.

Even though they live far apart – she’s in Minnesota and he’s in California – she’s still optimistic about their connection. She explained that, for her, the most important part of any relationship, especially a romantic one, is building a friendship first. She wants to be with someone she considers her best friend as they both get older.

Status: Just friends

Kim Buike, a frontrunner on *Golden Bachelorette*, connected with Faith Martin, who received the first impression rose on Gerry Turner’s season. Though they didn’t find lasting love on season 10 of *Paradise*, they continued dating afterward. Faith shared a video on Instagram in August 2025 showing Kim enjoying a date with her in Washington. Ultimately, they decided they were better suited as friends. In a September 2025 Instagram post, Faith explained that while they talk several times a week despite living far apart, they never fell in love, but did share a strong connection on the show.

Grant met twenty-five women on the first night of *The Bachelor*, but he ultimately chose Juliana Pasquarosa. Unfortunately, the couple broke up less than three months after their proposal was shown on television.

Grant announced on Instagram on June 13th that he and Juliana have decided to break up. He explained that they both tried their best and cared deeply for each other, but after careful consideration, they realized they weren’t compatible for the future.

Joan Vassos, who was a contestant on *The Golden Bachelor* and later became the first-ever *Golden Bachelorette*, is engaged! She found love with contestant Chock Chapple on *The Golden Bachelorette* and accepted his proposal.

During the November 2024 finale of *The Golden Bachelorette*, Joan shared a message of hope, saying, “We’re proof that it’s never too late.” Moments before Chock proposed in Bora Bora, she told him, “I’ve waited for this moment, in this beautiful place, to tell you that I love you and want to spend the rest of my life with you—waking up with you every morning and kissing you goodnight.”

At the end of season 21 of *The Bachelorette*, it seemed like Jenn Tran, who previously appeared on *The Bachelor*, had found love with Devin Strader. However, during the *After the Final Rose* episode in September 2024, Jenn shared that Devin became distant with her immediately after filming wrapped.

Jenn explained to Jesse Palmer that he had strongly declared his love for her, but the very next day acted as if it never happened and denied ever having feelings for her. She said all the promises and affection he’d expressed were suddenly gone.

The situation escalated when Devin posted a 13-minute video on Instagram explaining his perspective and taking responsibility for his actions. In the video, he also detailed the reasons behind their breakup, which he had initially discussed during a 15-minute phone call.

Jenn said he ended their relationship during a phone call in August, but he insists she pressed him about what was happening while he was trying to tell her in person.

He said he hadn’t seen another option, especially since he’d wanted to tell her face-to-face. Ultimately, she made him reveal it.

Jenn then met Sasha Farber while competing on *Dancing With the Stars*, and the two became partners both on and off the dance floor. They continued dancing together even after being eliminated from the show in October 2024, but eventually ended their relationship in 2025.

Greg Grippo, who appeared on Katie Thurston’s season of *The Bachelorette*, began dating Victoria Fuller from *Bachelor in Paradise* in November 2022. They announced their relationship on the season eight finale of *Bachelor in Paradise*, but Greg shared in April 2024 that they had broken up.

As a huge fan of *Bachelor in Paradise*, I was completely surprised by how things unfolded this season! Before Victoria Fuller and Greg Grippo finally confirmed they were together on the finale, Victoria had actually broken up with Johnny DePhillipo – they’d gotten engaged during the show, but it just didn’t work out. It was a total rollercoaster!

Gerry Nist and Theresa Nist got engaged in November 2023 at the end of the first season of *The Golden Bachelor* and were married in a televised ceremony in January 2024. They are now divorced.

However, three months after their nuptials, the couple announced that they were breaking up.

Gerry and Theresa have been having open and honest conversations about their relationship and living arrangements. During an appearance on *Good Morning America* in April 2024, Gerry announced that they have mutually decided to get a divorce.

They reached a divorce settlement in June 2024, according to court records reviewed by TopMob News.

In April 2025, Gerry shared on the *Bachelor Happy Hour* podcast that he’s seeing someone and things are progressing nicely.

Tennis star Joey has found love! After dating 32 women, he proposed to project manager Kelsey Anderson during the March 2024 season finale. He told Kelsey, “I can’t wait another minute to tell you that I love you,” and shared that her energy makes him incredibly happy—something he’s never felt before. Joey also expressed that meeting Kelsey showed him just how wonderful life could be, and he’s excited to build a future with her.

John Henry Spurlock, a contestant from Charity Lawson’s season of *The Bachelor*, and Kat Izzo, who competed for Zach Shallcross’ heart, found a connection on season nine of *Bachelor in Paradise*, though it took a while to develop. John Henry proposed with a Neil Lane diamond, telling Kat she was everything he was looking for. However, shortly after the show’s finale, they announced their breakup. In a joint statement on Instagram, they explained that their differing career goals led them to realize they weren’t a long-term match, but they were thankful for the support they received from family, friends, and fans.

Eliza Isichei, who previously dated Clayton Echard, is engaged! Despite being hesitant about finding love again after *Paradise*, she said yes to Aaron Bryant’s proposal by the ocean. She was especially touched that Aaron asked her mother for her blessing, admitting she was overcome with emotion.

However, their engagement didn’t last. After returning from Mexico, Eliza and Aaron experienced difficulties and ultimately decided to end things.

In a December 2023 Instagram post, Aaron shared that they are parting ways amicably, with positivity and respect for each other.

Despite once being disappointed that her boyfriend, Aven Jones, proposed on television to someone else (Rachel Recchia from *The Bachelorette*), Kylee Russell accepted his proposal to try and make their relationship work after *Paradise*. Although she had already picked out an engagement dress, she felt it was the right decision, believing that love requires taking chances. Unfortunately, just two days after the show aired in December 2023, Kylee revealed on social media that the relationship had ended due to Aven’s infidelity. Aven later apologized, admitting he had made serious mistakes and hurt Kylee.

As a lifestyle expert, I’m thrilled to share some wonderful news! Charity Lawson, from the latest season of *The Bachelorette*, is absolutely glowing! She recently told us she was happy with how things turned out, and that was a major understatement! The finale was incredible – Dotun Olubeko, who is an integrative medicine specialist, proposed with a beautiful declaration of ‘perfect’ love. He asked Charity, a child and family therapist, to make their fairytale a reality, and she said YES! While they’re planning a wedding – possibly in 2025 or 2026 – Charity isn’t slowing down. Dotun surprised her on *After the Final Rose* with the amazing news that she’ll be joining the cast of *Dancing With the Stars*! It’s such a fun next chapter for them, and I can’t wait to see her shine on the dance floor!

Zach Shallcross proposed to Kaity Biggar at the end of season 27 in March 2023, despite some challenges along the way. He told her, “I am so in love with you. You are my world. The love I feel for you is something I could have never imagined.” In July 2023, the couple, who are based in Texas, announced they had moved in together.

Kaity and her partner got married on May 23, 2025, in a small, intimate chapel ceremony. They had originally planned a bigger wedding, but Kaity realized it wasn’t necessary. As she explained on the *Bachelor Happy Hour* podcast in June 2025, she wanted to focus on what really mattered: their love and connection. She felt she was getting too caught up in the minor details.

However, one thing especially impressed her. The aunt who signed her up to compete for Zach’s affection had discovered the charming chapel near Austin where they held their wedding. “It was exactly what I’d hoped for,” Kaity said.

Danielle Maltby and Michael Allio, who seemed like a promising couple after meeting on *Bachelor in Paradise*, have broken up. Both had experienced past heartbreak – Danielle lost her fiancé to a drug overdose, and Michael is a single dad whose wife passed away – and many fans hoped they’d find lasting love together. After Danielle moved to Ohio to be with Michael, they dated for about a year before calling it quits. Michael explained on a podcast in September 2023 that while they cared for each other, they weren’t a good long-term match, and he was grieving the loss of the future they had planned.

I was so invested in Brandon and Serene’s love story! I remember watching them get engaged on *Paradise* – Brandon was so sweet, telling Serene he’d love her ‘until the end of time,’ and that he wanted ‘forever’ with her. It felt like a real, genuine connection. Sadly, it wasn’t meant to be. They announced their split in May 2023, and honestly, it broke my heart. They shared that they’d tried to work things out privately, but it was just too difficult with so much public attention. They emphasized there was still a lot of love between them, and they asked for kindness, which was really mature of them, considering how painful it must have been.

Pilot Rachel and her fiancé, Tino Franco, broke up after he kissed someone else while their season of the show was still airing in 2022. Tino later admitted on the podcast *The Viall Files* that he deeply regrets his actions. He said he feels ashamed and wishes he could have handled the situation differently, stating it continues to bother him to this day.

Susie Evans and Clayton Echard’s relationship, which played out on *The Bachelor* in 2022, had a complicated ending. After Susie initially turned Clayton down during the finale, they briefly reconnected, but ultimately broke up six months later. Susie has explained that while they shared happy times, she wasn’t truly happy and felt like she wasn’t living her best life. In a blog post, she noted that those close to her could see she was struggling and had lost her spark, and that the breakup was necessary for her own well-being.

Susie then began dating Justin Glaze from Bachelor Nation, but they ended their relationship in August 2024.

Michelle, an elementary school teacher from Minnesota, received a proposal and a $200,000 check for a future home from Nayte Olukoya, a sales executive from Texas, after appearing on a reality show. However, the couple ultimately broke up six months after the season finale in December 2021, realizing they weren’t a good long-term match. Nayte later admitted on a podcast that their relationship had many difficulties and that ending things without an in-person conversation was a mistake. Michelle later found love with Jack Leius, and they announced their engagement in 2023, getting married in Minnesota in June 2025.

Fans were really hoping for a long-term relationship between Maurissa Gunn and Riley Christian after seeing their connection on *Bachelor in Paradise*. However, the couple ultimately only lasted a few months. In a statement released in January 2022, Maurissa and Riley announced they were breaking up, explaining they needed to focus on personal growth. Maurissa was previously known for dating Peter Weber, while Riley competed for Tayshia Adams’ heart on *The Bachelorette*.

Status: Split

The first same-sex couple to get engaged on *Bachelor in Paradise* – during season six – revealed they had broken up in 2019, announcing the news on Halloween.

We’ve always cared deeply for each other, and making the best decisions for both of us has always been our top priority. With love and sadness, we’ve decided to separate so we can both grow as individuals. This is what we believe is best for our future and for where we are right now, as shared in a joint statement.

As a lifestyle expert, I’m always thrilled to see couples thrive, and Noah Erb and Abigail Heringer are a perfect example! Their journey on *Bachelor in Paradise* wasn’t without its bumps – they actually broke up *during* filming! – but they quickly realized they had something truly special. They started out in San Diego, but recently took a big step and bought their first home together in Noah’s hometown of Tulsa! Abigail shared the exciting news on Instagram, saying they’re officially entering their ‘Chip and Joanna Gaines era,’ and I couldn’t be happier for them. And the best part? Noah proposed in San Diego just before the move! They’re now planning a wedding and starting a beautiful new chapter together. It’s so inspiring to see them build a life and a home they love.

Serena Pitt and Joe Amabile, who first gained attention on *The Bachelor* and *Bachelor in Paradise*, secretly tied the knot in October 2022! The couple, engaged after leaving *Paradise*, decided to have a small ceremony at City Hall near their home in New York City about a year before their planned larger wedding in September 2023. Serena, now co-host of the *Bachelor Happy Hour* podcast with Joe, shared the news with a playful message: ‘We are still having a wedding this September but who doesn’t want to get married twice!’ Joe first appeared on Becca Kufrin’s season of *The Bachelor* in 2018, and Serena was a finalist on Matt James’ season.

Kenny Braasch proposed to Mari Pepin with a Neil Lane diamond ring during the 2021 finale of *Paradise*, declaring his deep love for her and saying he couldn’t imagine life without her. Mari, who first appeared on *The Bachelor* and charmed Matt, relocated from Maryland to Kenny’s hometown of Chicago to begin planning their future together. Before their November 2023 wedding – a 65-person oceanfront ceremony in Puerto Rico – the couple solidified their bond with matching tattoos during a May 2023 trip to the Bahamas. Kenny was previously eliminated by Tayshia Adams during week five of *Paradise*.

Status: Married

Becca Kufrin, who starred on *The Bachelorette*, and Thomas Jacobs, a contestant from Katie Thurston’s season, found love on season seven of *Bachelor in Paradise* in 2021. They had a bit of a rocky start, breaking up during filming before getting back together after the show ended.

In May 2022, they announced their engagement, revealing that Becca had taken the lead and proposed. She told TopMob News that she hoped their unconventional approach would encourage others to break the rules if it felt right. Thomas returned the gesture by proposing to her in October of the same year. Then, in September 2023, they welcomed their son, Benson, with Becca sharing on Instagram that no words could express how much love they felt.

Just weeks after Benson’s birth, the couple spontaneously tied the knot on October 13th.

Status: Split

In the 2021 finale of *The Bachelorette*, Katie got engaged to Blake Moynes. They first admitted their feelings for each other during a memorable overnight date that included paintball, a relaxing soak in a cowboy tub, and a heartfelt conversation under the stars.

Blake proposed to Katie by getting down on one knee and telling her he wanted to support her dreams and be with her always. He said she deserved everything good in life.

It’s always sad when a relationship doesn’t work out, and this couple announced their split just three months after getting engaged. They released a joint statement saying they were thankful for their time together, but realized they weren’t a good long-term match and felt it was best to go their separate ways. Life takes unexpected turns, though, and I’m happy to share that she’s now married to the hilarious Jeff Arcuri! It just goes to show, sometimes things fall apart so better things can fall into place.
