Meg Ryan and Daughter Daisy, 21, Make Rare Public Appearance

Meg Ryan is sleepless in London.

Actress Meg Ryan was spotted in the U.K. with her daughter, Daisy True Ryan, on October 13th.

Meg dressed casually for her day out in Notting Hill, wearing a black puffer jacket, dark blue jeans, and Salomon sneakers. She completed her look with a black crossbody bag and sunglasses.

Meg’s adopted daughter, Daisy, was also dressed comfortably for the cooler weather. She wore dark blue jeans, Converse sneakers, and a black long-sleeved shirt with a gray jacket. She completed her look with square reading glasses and carried a Voss water bottle while chatting with her mom.

Oh my gosh, you guys, I nearly lost it when I saw pictures of Meg and Daisy walking together! It’s been *ages* – almost a year, since they were in New York City last October. Remember those adorable photos of them just strolling around and munching on apples? This is the first time we’ve seen them out together since then, and honestly, it made my day! I’ve been waiting *forever* for this!

Meg isn’t just close to Daisy; she also has a strong relationship with her son, 33-year-old Jack Quaid, who she shares with her ex-husband, Dennis Quaid.

In a 2023 interview with *People* magazine, Meg described her two children as “a blast” and said being their mother has been a “true joy.”

I truly enjoy knowing them both,” she said. “They’re such unique individuals – funny, intelligent, and kind. They genuinely care about others and have a real curiosity about everything around them.

That’s why she’s so thankful she chose to adopt Daisy nearly two decades ago.

Meg shared with *The Sunday Times* in 2024 that she had always envisioned adopting a child, and came close to doing so several times. However, she felt a special connection with Daisy, and couldn’t explain exactly how they met, but knew it was meant to be.
