7) Crossbones

Brock Rumlow, known as Crossbones, could have been a major villain in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, especially given his background in the comics, but he ended up being a relatively small character. Despite this, she consistently stands out, proving that even a supporting character can be incredibly captivating. Since her introduction in Black Panther, the leader of the Dora Milaje has become a fan favorite. Her unwavering loyalty, intelligence, and bluntness – especially when dealing with arrogance – make her a joy to watch. Okoye maintains an air of control even amongst a team of powerful superheroes, which is unusual for the MCU.

Beyond that, Okoye has a particularly compelling character journey. In Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, she faces hardship, makes mistakes, and ultimately transforms, demonstrating that true strength comes from more than just winning. She uniquely blends seriousness, comedy, and charm. While fans definitely remember Okoye, she doesn’t get nearly enough credit for how fantastic she is, especially considering the large cast of characters where others tend to stand out more.
