Actress Isabelle Tate’s Cause of Death Revealed

Isabelle Tate‘s cause of death has come to light.

Actress Angeline Ball, known for her role in 9-1-1: Nashville, passed away on October 19th at the age of 23. Her talent agent, Kim McCray, confirmed to Entertainment Weekly that the cause of death was a rare inherited neurological condition called Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease.

MCray shared that Tate died peacefully and asked for privacy for his family as they cope with this unexpected and heartbreaking loss.

Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease, also called hereditary motor and sensory neuropathy, damages the nerves in your arms and legs, according to the Mayo Clinic. Symptoms, like muscle weakness and wasting, usually start in the teens or early twenties and can be made worse by conditions like diabetes.

According to Isabelle, she was diagnosed with the condition when she was 13.

In a 2022 Instagram post, she shared that she’s recently made peace with needing to use a wheelchair sometimes to live life to the fullest. She explained that accepting help and acknowledging the worsening of her condition has been a challenging process.

Isabelle explained that while she doesn’t understand why life dealt her these challenges, she’s decided to accept them. This experience has shifted how she views life, and she’s realized the importance of appreciating everyday moments that are often overlooked.

She wisely reminded everyone that you can’t truly understand another person’s struggles, and that’s why it’s so important to always be kind and understanding.

In her online obituary, Isabelle’s family said she “wanted to change the world.”

Isabelle loved giving back, especially when it came to animals—she considered a trip to an animal shelter and showering the animals with affection a perfect day out. Those who knew her described her as passionate and determined, someone who never let any physical challenges hold her back or define her.

You know, when I think about what truly makes a life well-lived, it always comes back to connection. For this amazing woman, that meant being surrounded by the people she loved – family and friends. She wasn’t just at the party, she was the party – always bringing the energy and making everyone feel special. That’s what she cherished most, and it’s a beautiful reminder for all of us.
