Megan Fox Makes Rare Appearance Months After Welcoming Baby With MGK

Megan Fox is sinking her teeth into the Halloween spirit.

Megan Fox recently stepped out for a special event – a Q&A about her film Jennifer’s Body at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in Los Angeles on October 25th. It was a rare public appearance for the actress, who shares 6-month-old daughter, Saga Blade, with her ex, Machine Gun Kelly, and gave birth in March.

Photos in the Daily Mail show the 39-year-old wearing a nude corset with red stripes and a matching skirt featuring a high slit. She accessorized with red beading designed to look like droplets of blood and a red choker necklace, completing the look.

Megan, who shares three children – Noah, 13, Bodhi, 11, and Journey, 9 – with her ex-husband Brian Austin Green, has been keeping a relatively private life since the birth of her daughter, Saga, earlier this year. Her ex, Machine Gun Kelly, has mentioned that she’s very focused on raising her kids.

During a June interview on Today, the 35-year-old praised Megan, saying, “She’s doing an amazing job, and I’m really happy for her.”

Although Machine Gun Kelly (Colson Baker) and Megan Fox ended their relationship in December, he looks back on their four years together with positive feelings. He also shares a 16-year-old daughter, Casie Colson Baker, with his ex-partner, Emma Cannon.

He described it as a deeply moving story filled with love, heartbreak, and magical moments, sharing on The Jennifer Hudson Show in September that it involved a wonderful person and an amazing co-parent.

After their split, the couple appears to be successfully co-parenting and generally agree on decisions about their child, except for one particular issue.

MGK said they’ve been noticing how much his daughter, Saga, resembles different people. He explained that recently, she looked just like him, but now she strongly resembles her mother.

Brian Austin Green spent a relaxing morning cuddling with his three children – Noah (born in 2012), Bodhi (born in 2014), and Journey (born in 2016) – all of whom he shares with his former partner, Megan Fox.

Following his split from Megan in 2020, actor Brian Austin Green began a relationship with Sharna Burgess, his partner on Dancing with the Stars. They had a son, Zane, in 2022 and got engaged in 2023.

You know, before all the headlines about Megan, Machine Gun Kelly – or Colson Baker, as he’s known to his friends – actually became a dad way back in 2009. He and his ex, Emma Cannon, welcomed a daughter named Casie. Fast forward to 2023, and things really heated up with his engagement to Megan!

Megan, who is committed to raising her children with their father despite being separated, has shared that co-parenting isn’t always easy. In a 2022 interview with Glamour UK, she explained she often struggles with wanting to be with her kids constantly and feeling like she isn’t measuring up as a parent. She acknowledged that, because of the separation, she only gets to spend half of the time with them, and she’s accepting of that reality.

Brian has a blended family that includes his adult son, Kassius, from his previous relationship with Vanessa Marcil. In December 2023, the actor shared a holiday photo with his partner, Sharna, and all five of his children.

Being a mother helps Megan stay centered and connected to what truly matters. In a 2023 interview with Sports Illustrated Swimsuit, she explained that motherhood reminds her of how present she’s always been in her children’s lives. She also shared that she sees her own parenting reflected in their actions and how they behave.

In 2022, the actress known for Jennifer’s Body shared a rare photo with the singer of “Emo Girl” and his daughter. The photo was taken at his coffee shop, 27 Club Coffee, in Ohio.

The popular singer now relies on his daughter’s feedback when making music. He told Kelly Clarkson in 2021 that he values her opinion above his own, explaining she has a great sense of what’s currently popular and can tell him if a song is a good fit.

Brian celebrated Mother’s Day 2024 by sharing a heartfelt message to Sharna on Instagram. He called her an amazing mother and fiancée, and expressed how much everyone loves her.

Megan intentionally keeps her children off social media, and she has a clear reason why. She explained to Glamour UK in 2022 that she wanted to protect them from the internet from a young age. She feels they’ve been successful in shielding the kids and maintaining their innocence, but she also recognizes she can’t do so indefinitely.

Brian says the key to successful co-parenting is knowing when to compromise. He explained to TopMob News in 2024 that separation will impact children, but parents can choose how that impact happens. Trying to shield kids completely from the effects of a separation isn’t realistic; focusing on making the situation as positive as possible is what matters.

Megan is careful not to say negative things about her children’s father when she’s with them. As she explained on The Drew Barrymore Show in 2023, she believes that speaking badly about him would be like rejecting a part of her kids, since he’s an important part of who they are.

Brian shared a photo on Instagram of his kids enjoying a sunny day in Malibu, writing, “Great day!!”

Machine Gun Kelly (MGK) has said his daughter played a key role in his journey to sobriety. He shared on the Million Dollaz Worth of Game podcast that she noticed when he was using drugs, and that moment was a turning point for him. MGK, who has been sober since August 2023, explained he wants to be a better father than his own, and getting sober is how he’s working to end a pattern of behavior for his daughter.

Sharna has expressed her gratitude to Brian’s children for giving her a preview of motherhood. Speaking on the Quite Frankly podcast in 2023, she explained that being around them allowed her to practice parenting skills and gain confidence. She realized she had a natural ability with kids and felt prepared to become a mom herself.

In 2020, Brian appeared as a contestant on the show The Masked Singer. He shared on Instagram that he was really looking forward to watching it with his kids, but unfortunately, they fell asleep after just 15 minutes.

No job is too big for the TV star and his mini-mes.

Brian had a vasectomy about two months after their son, Zane, was born, but he could potentially reverse the procedure later. Sharna mentioned on the Oldish podcast in January that they would consider having more children if they had the room and resources, but with four young kids already, their lives are incredibly hectic.

Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly had a baby girl on March 27, 2025, adding to their family. The rocker even wrote an original song for his daughter’s arrival, with help from friends like Travis Barker.

“She’s finally here,” MGK exclaimed in a post on Instagram, “our little celestial seed.”

In April 2025, Brian and Sharna had a fun and delightful time with Zion, Noah, Bodhi, and Journey, sharing both treats and laughter.

As a lifestyle expert, I always emphasize the importance of family, and it was lovely to see Machine Gun Kelly prioritizing that recently. Right after welcoming his new baby girl with Megan Fox, he made sure to connect with his oldest daughter, Casie – a beautiful reminder that blending a family means cherishing all of your children.
