5 EastEnders spoilers next week
1. Zoe Slater plays the victim as Kat and Alfie Moon war over the truth

After a scary Halloween, Zoe feels like someone is after her again. Kat tries her best to help, but Alfie believes Zoe is overreacting and there’s no real danger.
Even so, Zoe is still worried and goes to meet the Private Investigator who is searching for her son. When she gets back, Freddie Slater delivers some upsetting news: her kitten is missing.
Vicki Fowler (played by Alice Haig) is amused by what’s happening, but Anthony is more understanding. He tries to make amends with Zoe after his clumsy attempt to kiss her earlier.
Back at The Vic, the family is mortified to see more photographs have been defaced.

Just who is behind the hate campaign – if anyone at all?
As her daughter became increasingly worried, Kat made the decision to sell her share of the limousine company to Harvey, hoping the money would help her pursue her investigation. She and Harvey then met with the private investigator, who had new information about her son.
When they got home, Alfie was investigating who damaged the picture, and surprisingly, he figured out it was Zoe, not Bert and Ernie.
Desperate and with no other options, she confesses everything, but pleads with her mother to understand she only altered the photos. Before she can finish explaining, she gets a strange text message – someone says they have her cat.

Kat realizes Zoe has a serious problem with lying and is concerned for her well-being. She arranges a meeting with Anthony to help, but it backfires, and Zoe causes another disturbance during the quiz night at The Vic.
2. Eve Panesar-Unwin’s homophobic mother arrives

Things are really stressful in Albert Square right now – Eve’s mum, Norma, is coming, and let me tell you, those two don’t get along at all. It was always going to be tough telling her about my wife Suki and me wanting to adopt a baby, but I’m bracing myself for a difficult conversation!
Eve nervously asks her mum for a reference, and despite her initial reservations, she agrees.
Both characters attempt to win Norma’s approval, but she quickly reveals her concerns about Eve’s readiness to be a mother. This leads to a heated argument, causing Eve to question her choice.
Feeling lost and with no one else to confide in, Suki unexpectedly finds comfort and support from Lily Slater, played by Lillia Turner.
3. Phil Mitchell clashes with Julie Bates over Nigel’s arrest

Phil is furious when he returns to Albert Square and discovers Nigel has been arrested and could go to prison.
Nigel has turned himself in to the police after hitting Gina Knight and Jasmine Fisher with his car. Francesca Henry and Indeyarna Donaldson-Holness are the individuals who were struck.
Phil believes Julie (Karen Henthorn) is entirely to blame for the situation, feeling she wasn’t paying enough attention. However, after talking to Jack Branning (Scott Maslen), he understands he jumped to conclusions.

Nigel needs help, and only one person can provide it: the brilliant lawyer Ritchie Scott, played by Sian Webber.
Later in the week, Phil and Julie went with Nige to a medical evaluation connected to the accusations he’s facing.
4. Kojo Asare to the rescue as Harry Mitchell is freed

Next week, the storyline involving drugs takes a more intense turn following Gina’s release from the hospital. She notices her father, George, is worried about his missing son, Kojo, and his anxiety grows when Phil lets slip that he didn’t authorize Kojo’s time off from work.
Unaware to him, Kojo has become even more involved in the drug operation, and the dealer, Okie (Aayan Ibikunle Shoderu), is now getting him to help sell the drugs.
Once alone, he tells best mate Harry that he wants to help him break out of his hostage situation.

Teddy is incredibly worried about his son, Kojo, and finally explains the situation to George and Junior. George immediately suggests calling the police, but he changes his mind when they discuss Kojo’s well-being.
Inside the apartment, Kojo sees his chance to quickly grab the keys and free Harry, who is unsteady on his feet. He urges Kojo to leave ahead of him, worried Okie will be back soon.

Nicola Mitchell, who also goes by Laura Doddington, tries to fix things with George, but he insists they’re finished. However, Nic soon faces more trouble when she finds something completely unexpected.
What does she unearth?
5. Dr Anthony Trueman is keeping a secret as he sets up base in Walford

Anthony is behaving suspiciously, and the Truemans realize something’s up. Secrets don’t stay hidden for long in Walford!
Patrick (Rudolph Walker) is happy to share that he’s staying in the neighborhood, as he’s now a permanent employee at the Panesar House surgery.
Maybe his concerns about his son were justified, because Anthony later makes a secretive phone call. It’s unclear who he’s calling.
