Lady Dimitrescu Revealed in Resident Evil Requiem Deluxe Edition Leak

Capcom, the company behind the Resident Evil series, has recently been revealing details about the upcoming ninth installment, Resident Evil Requiem. The game will return players to Raccoon City for the first time in a long time, allowing them to play as Grace Ashcroft, an FBI technical analyst. Grace has a personal connection to the city, as her mother, Alyssa, was a survivor of the events in Resident Evil Outbreak and managed to escape before Raccoon City was destroyed in Resident Evil 3. But Alyssa isn’t the only familiar face returning – a recent leak suggests that Lady Dimitrescu from Resident Evil Village will also be appearing, though perhaps not in the way fans might expect.

This information is based on a potential leak regarding the Deluxe Edition of Resident Evil Requiem. It originated from a Twitter user named Abdullah, known as SpookyHoo. While Capcom hasn’t confirmed this yet, the details seem consistent with what they might include in a Deluxe Edition of the game, so take it with a grain of salt.

Resident Evil Requiem Deluxe Edition Costume Leak

According to a recent leak, Grace will have five different costume options. We’ve only seen two so far, one of which is Grace dressed as Lady Dimitrescu, the imposing vampire from another game. This suggests Lady Dimitrescu herself won’t be a playable character in Requiem, but players can have Grace mimic her look. The other revealed costume is called “Apocalypse,” and it seems inspired by the film of the same name – though it actually resembles the style of the movie Extinction more closely.

If this leak is accurate, Capcom is clearly drawing inspiration from its history with the Deluxe Edition. Along with the two revealed outfits, players will be able to use a Mr. Raccoon Charm, a nod to the Resident Evil 2 Remake. The edition also includes a pack of classic Resident Evil music and a collection of files titled ‘Letters from 1998′.

Besides the costumes we’ve already seen, there are three more that are currently unconfirmed. While rumors suggest Leon S. Kennedy might appear in Requiem, Capcom hasn’t officially announced his inclusion. If he does join the game, it’s likely he’ll have his own set of outfits. It’s also possible players will be able to dress Grace in classic costumes from other Resident Evil games, such as Jill Valentine’s outfit from Resident Evil 3 or Rebecca Chambers’ from Resident Evil 0.

We likely won’t have to wait much longer to confirm if the recent leak is legitimate. Resident Evil Requiem is currently planned for release on February 27th, 2026. While delays are always a possibility, Capcom will likely begin taking pre-orders within the next month if they intend to meet that release date. When pre-orders start, we’ll get details about the Deluxe Edition, though the developers might save a few surprises, potentially keeping Leon’s role a secret until the very end.
