Black Clover’s Major Characters Return With New Powers For the Final Showdown

I’m so hyped! New Black Clover chapters are finally here! Yuki Tabata dropped three new ones in the Fall 2025 issue of Jump GIGA, and they pick right up where things left off with the battle against Lucius Zogratis. Remember chapter 383 from earlier this year? It ended with Asta making a dramatic return, and these new chapters show how he got back in the fight! He was seriously injured, but Mimosa poured all her magical energy into healing him. While Asta was recovering, Yuno was holding down the fort, facing off against a truly terrifying villain. And get this – he’s using both his own anti-magic and Asta’s power! It’s an incredible showdown.

His newfound abilities came with a significant problem: the Demon Dweller Sword was too heavy to wield easily, and his magical energy was draining rapidly. Fortunately, his large mana pool allows him to continue fighting, even though he’s exhausted. The story has become even more thrilling in the last three chapters, featuring the powerful duo battling the villain and the return of many characters to the fight – most of whom have gained new powers before the final showdown.

Black Clover’s Characters Get Major Power Boosts As the Ending Draws Near

In chapter 384, Asta returns to the battle, and Noelle Silva unlocks the ability to use Anti-Magic, combining it with her Valkyrie Armor. Asta arrives just in time to help Yuno, who is nearing his breaking point. Asta announces this will be the “final battle” before facing Lucius, hinting the conflict is nearing its end. Chapter 385 brings a huge surprise: Adramelech, a powerful devil who’s been watching the Spade Kingdom arc, finally takes action. Surprisingly, instead of fighting, Adramelech offers to form a contract with Yami Sukehiro, impressed by the humans’ determination during their battles against the Dark Triad and Lucius, finding them more compelling than his fellow devils.

Fuegoleon Vermillion unleashes a powerful new technique, Spirit Dive, to help the Magic Knights stop Lucius’ massive magical attack. While most of the knights defend the kingdom, Asta and Yuno confront Lucius directly, but he remains determined to fight. Though recent events are exciting, they suggest the battle is nearing its end, and likely Lucius will be defeated.
