Xbox Game Pass will remove at least five games on November 15th, including S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl. It’s possible one of these removals was a mistake, as the game was recently added to the service just a few months ago.
Recently, Xbox Game Pass removed Return to Monkey Island, Metal Slug Tactics, and Jusant on October 31st. Although the full list hasn’t been made official yet, the Xbox app already shows which games will be leaving soon as part of a regular update to the game library.
Five games are being removed from Xbox Game Pass: Football Manager 2024, Frostpunk, Spirittea, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl, and Blacksmith Master. You might see six items listed in the Xbox app because Football Manager 2024 is listed twice – once for the PC version and once for the console version. Football Manager 2024 stayed on Game Pass for an extra year after plans for its sequel were cancelled due to difficulties switching to the Unity engine. Before Football Manager 2024 is removed, Football Manager 2026 will be added to the service on November 4th.

Blacksmith Master’s Xbox Game Pass Departure May Have Been Listed by Mistake
The game Blacksmith Master was recently added to Xbox Game Pass on August 19th, and its removal is a surprising turn of events. While games sometimes leave the service after a few months, it’s unusual for titles available on day one. This short availability is more common with games from 2K, like Borderlands 3, but indie games usually stay on the platform for at least a year. Because of this, it’s possible Blacksmith Master was mistakenly added to the list of departing games.
Final Confirmation of Mid-November Xbox Game Pass Removals Likely Coming Next Week
The Xbox app’s “Leaving Soon” section hasn’t always been accurate in predicting which games will be removed, sometimes missing titles or providing incorrect information. We should have a definitive answer about whether Blacksmith Master is leaving around November 4th, when Microsoft is expected to announce all game removals for the first two weeks of the month.
Although the full list isn’t out yet, more than six games are scheduled to arrive on Xbox Game Pass in November 2025. The biggest release so far is Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, which launches on November 14th. Plus, Menace and High on Life 2 will be available on the service from day one on February 5th and February 13th, respectively.
