PS1 Minigame Compilation Milano’s Odd Job Collection Makes Its Western Debut Next Month on PS5, PS4

Fans will finally be able to play the quirky PlayStation 1 minigame collection, Milano’s Odd Job Collection, in English on December 9th. XSEED Games and Implicit Conversions are bringing the game to English-speaking audiences for the first time ever.

This game, originally released for the PlayStation 1 in 1997, puts you in the shoes of 11-year-old Milano. She has to stay with her uncle for the summer because her mother is sick.

So, it turns out the heroine’s uncle is away on vacation, which means I get to take on a bunch of really weird side jobs to pass the time! I’m talking pizza deliveries, milking cows… seriously, the campaign throws all sorts of crazy stuff at you.

While earning money with various tasks, you’ll also get to decorate and furnish your uncle’s house – a fun activity for an eleven-year-old when they have some free time.

Since this is an Implicit Conversions release, it comes with all the features you’d expect from a modern version, like save states and the ability to rewind gameplay. You’ll also find that the game loads much faster.

Are you thinking of buying this classic game when it’s re-released? At $14.99, it’s affordable, and it’s exciting that it’s finally available in English after being originally released nearly 30 years ago.
