A heartbreaking Coronation Street episode will show David and Shona Platt (played by Jack P Shepherd and Julia Goulding) reeling from the news that their baby daughter has a growth on her neck.
I’m so worried for them. Next week, their world will likely be turned upside down when the doctor shares the test results – there’s a chance the tumor is cancerous. It’s just devastating to think about what they must be going through.
Fiz is still finding things difficult as her husband, Tyrone, gets better, and Carla quickly realizes Becky isn’t being honest about something.
The Driscoll family attempts to help Will get his life back on track, while Brody makes a significant error while meeting his sister’s social worker.
Here’s a look at everything happening in Corrie between Monday 10th and Friday 14th November.
5 Coronation Street spoilers next week
1. David and Shona Platt receive devastating news about their unborn daughter

David and Kit (Jacob Roberts) had a heated argument at the police station, and David reacted by pushing past Kit, which led to his arrest for assaulting an officer. This meant he couldn’t take Shona to her scheduled scan, but Kit eventually agreed to drive David there himself.
The Platts watched the ultrasound screen with hopeful eyes, but the sonographer delivered upsetting news: the baby has a growth on her neck.
Later this week, a special episode will show David and Shona as they get ready to talk to a doctor about their baby on the way.

Shona is really hurting because of David’s seemingly carefree behavior. She tells him to leave the car and asks him not to come to the hospital, not realizing he’s trying to hide his own pain and be strong for both of them.
Hearing the doctor confirm the tumor was… well, it was devastating. He explained that if Shona wanted to continue with the pregnancy, it would mean really complicated surgery. But the worst part? Finding out our little girl might have cancer. We were completely stunned, just… numb. It felt like everything had changed in an instant.
2. Carla Connor believes Becky Swain is lying about being targeted

Lisa, played by Vicky Myers, is questioning if Becky is being honest about someone spying on her apartment. She feels hurt, thinking Becky doesn’t trust her.
I was really getting worried about Lisa! Carla tried to explain to her that Becky was obviously lying, and if she was actually in trouble, she wouldn’t be putting Betsy – little Sydney Martin – in danger by still hanging around at Number 6. But, of course, Becky was secretly listening the whole time, which just made me even more anxious for Lisa!
3. Fiz Dobbs reaches breaking point

Tyrone tries to stop Ruby and Hope from fighting. Meanwhile, Fiz becomes overwhelmed at work and angrily hits her sewing machine, confiding in Izzy, Kirk, and Michael that she’s feeling very stressed and is having a hard time.
The next day, Michael lets slip to Ty about Fiz’s behaviour.
Tyrone wants to get back to work to support his family and suggests using the garage office. Unfortunately, Kevin is really struggling after his split from Abi and refuses to open up the business, saying he’s going back to bed instead.
4. Will Driscoll is hiding something from his family

Eva is hoping James can help Will adjust by arranging some personal training sessions for him. However, it quickly becomes apparent that Will isn’t interested and would rather spend his time on his phone.
I noticed Will telling Eva and Ben he was off to Leeds for an athletics team meeting, but something felt off – I don’t think he was being entirely honest. Thankfully, Coach Megan gave him a ride home, and Ben was so kind, he insisted on taking her out for lunch at a pub. It was a really sweet gesture!
Will is clearly unhappy, but will he reveal why?
5. Brody Michaelis lashes out at Sally and Tim Metcalfe’s parenting

Lou is in trouble with the law after getting into fights while in prison and is now facing a judge. Sally and Tim decide to keep this news from their son, Brody, but their daughter, Kit, accidentally reveals it. Brody is furious and feels they’ve prevented him from helping his mother, who he’s not close to.
He was stunned when Joanie and her social worker heard him call their foster parenting skills worthless.

Sally’s suspicions grow when she sees Tim looking at Trisha’s social media, leading her to accuse Trisha of predatory behavior once more. Tim then asks Sally to stop dwelling on the subject.
