After selling over a million copies of Dispatch in just ten days, Ad-Hoc Studio has announced the release of episodes 5 and 6 on November 5th at 9 AM PST. These new episodes will continue the story and feature more interactions with the mysterious Red Ring.
This group appears to be behind most of the crime happening in Los Angeles, and the Superhero Dispatch Network is struggling to understand what they’re up to. They’re also trying to figure out who Robert is, and are using surprisingly simple methods – like throwing things at him to see if he reacts.
The story in Dispatch follows a former Mecha Man who loses his suit after a dangerous fight with the villain Shroud. Now, he works with the SDN to earn money while trying to rebuild his mech. The gameplay centers around sending different heroes to investigate crimes, choosing the best one for each situation.
The season concludes with episodes 7 and 8 premiering on November 12th. While Ad-Hoc hasn’t announced any plans for continuing the show after its popularity, keep checking back for more information.
