Stefon Diggs Paternity Test Shows He Fathered Baby, Per Model’s Lawyer

There has been a new update in Stefon Diggs’ paternity suit.

According to a statement from her lawyer, Tamar G. Arminak, the NFL player—who is expecting a child with Cardi B—is also the father of Aileen Lopera’s seven-month-old daughter.

According to Arminak, Mr. Diggs has been confirmed as the father. They expressed hope that he will actively participate in raising the child and co-parent with the mother, who has been solely responsible for childcare up to this point.

TopMob News has reached out to a representative for Diggs but has not heard back.

In September, People magazine reported that Lopera, who goes by the social media name Lord Gisselle, initially filed legal documents in December 2024 while pregnant. These documents were intended to establish legal parentage of their child.

In court documents, the model asked for full custody of their daughter, Charliee Harper Diggs-Lopera, and requested that Diggs be granted visitation rights.

Josh Diggs, who already has an 8-year-old daughter named Nova from a previous relationship, initially questioned whether he was the father of the baby and asked for a paternity test, according to People magazine. The 31-year-old requested that if the test confirmed he was the father, he would like to share legal and physical custody of the child and contribute to related costs, including pregnancy, birth, and legal fees.

When news about the paternity lawsuit became public, Cardi B addressed it during an Instagram Live video. She referenced the 1974 song “Woman to Woman” by Shirley Brown, which tells the story of a woman contacting her partner’s other lover.

During a September livestream, one woman reportedly asked another, “Is that your baby’s father?” The second woman responded, “He’s my baby’s father as well.”

The “WAP” singer added, “What now? I don’t f–king know. We’ll figure it out, b—h.”

Right now, she and Stefon are concentrating on her pregnancy and starting their family. Stefon recently shared that they’re expecting a baby boy or girl.

“It’s a boy,” he told People in a Nov. 4 interview. “That’s enough for me.”

The Patriots player expressed his eagerness to spend time with his son, jokingly saying he looks forward to getting him active with exercises and playtime.

Cardi B, who has three children – Kulture, 7, Wave, 4, and Blossom, 13 months – with her soon-to-be ex-husband Offset, is juggling a lot. She’s pregnant and getting ready for her Little Miss Drama World Tour, which starts next February. Despite her busy schedule, she’s determined to stay on top of things.

This is Shirley,” and continued with a pointed message: “That’s your baby daddy, bh? That’s my baby daddy, too. Well what now? I don’t fking know. We’ll figure it out bh.”
