Travis Barker isn’t watching, waiting or commiserating this race.
Travis Barker proudly finished his first Run Travis Run 5K in California on November 9th, and he’s grateful for everything that helped him complete the race.
The Run organization praised Los Angeles, saying “LA, YOU CRUSHED IT!” in a post showing Travis, 49, and other participants running down Ocean Avenue. They added, “Thanks for making the last race feel special.”
Travis Barker, known for his song “I Miss You,” recently completed a footrace in 19 minutes and 14 seconds. He shares three children – Atiana De La Hoya (26), Landon Barker (22), and Alabama Barker (19) – with his ex-wife, Shanna Moakler. Following the race, he celebrated by riding on a float designed like a Vans high-top sneaker and performing a concert near Santa Monica.
Travis has showcased his running ability before. Earlier this year, he and his wife, Kourtney Kardashian, who share a 2-year-old son named Rocky Barker, both ran in a race as part of a wellness event in New Orleans. They also completed a hike together in Inglewood last July, where Kourtney, 46, kissed Travis as she finished.
Travis jokingly described his wife as incredibly dedicated, telling Page Six that she’s new to running. He explained she’s often confused by his spontaneous decisions to enter 5K races, sometimes waking up to find him leaving for one without warning. He’d tell her he was just heading out for a quick run when she’d ask where he was going.
When Travis and Kourtney aren’t busy with racing, they enjoy spending time with family and friends. They recently attended Kris Jenner’s 70th birthday party on November 8th, dressing up in elegant outfits instead of their usual athletic wear. Travis wore a dark, gothic-style suit, while Kourtney chose a beautiful silk gown with gloves and silver jewelry.
Kourtney wasn’t the only member of the KarJenner family to celebrate their mom. Her siblings – Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Rob Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, and Kylie Jenner – were also there, and everyone shared their own special messages honoring Kris.
The actor from All’s Fair shared photos of her mom on Instagram with a heartfelt message: ‘You are the most special person in the world.’ She praised her mom as a ‘superwoman’ and an incredible role model, highlighting her graceful, compassionate, and joyful approach to life.
Khloe echoed the sentiment, calling Kris her “greatest inspiration.”
In a heartfelt message, the 41-year-old described their loved one as the center of the family, a guiding light, and the creator of their warm and loving home. They shared that this person taught them strength doesn’t have to be harsh, kindness can be truly impactful, and beauty comes in many forms.
