Obsidian Entertainment just released a significant update for The Outer Worlds 2 after its launch last month. Following the game’s release at the end of October, Obsidian quickly addressed some early issues with a couple of smaller fixes. They promised a larger update with more improvements was on the way, and now it’s here, offering a substantial upgrade to their new RPG.
A large update for The Outer Worlds 2 is now available on Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC. Update 1.0.5.0 includes hundreds of improvements to gameplay, quests, graphics, and characters. Obsidian Entertainment has also fixed several crashes and performance problems, making the game more stable and enjoyable for players who experienced issues at launch.
This is a major update for The Outer Worlds 2, but Obsidian plans to continue improving the game. They’re still asking players to report any issues they find so they can be fixed quickly. If you’re still experiencing problems after this update, you can submit a bug report on Obsidian’s website here.
You can find the complete patch notes for today’s The Outer Worlds 2 update below.
