The “Visions of Four Heroes” downloadable content tells new stories about four characters – Zhang Jiao, Dong Zhuo, Yuan Shao, and Lu Bu – whose backgrounds weren’t fully explored in Dynasty Warriors: Origins. These stories present alternate scenarios, letting players see these famous heroes in a new light. Along with the new storylines, players will meet fresh characters like Zhuhe, a protector of peace, and Diaochan, a popular and skilled warrior, plus a secret new officer revealed as the story progresses.
As a huge fan, I’m so excited about the new weapons coming! We’ll get the “Bow” and “Rope Dart” to use in those crazy 1 vs. 1000 battles, and they’ll each have their own special way of changing up the gameplay. Plus, they’re updating all the weapons we already have with new moves and ways to customize them, even letting us level them up further! And to help us get ready, they’re adding a “Training Ground” mode where we can practice against some really tough enemies. It’s going to be awesome!
If you pre-order “Visions of Four Heroes” now, you’ll get a special outfit for the main character called the “Yellow Turban Attire.” Inspired by Dynasty Warriors: Origins, this costume lets you play as a member of the Yellow Turban Rebellion, dressing your hero in their iconic clothing.
Dynasty Warriors: Origins is available now for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam.
