Alex Hall Denies Involvement in Tyler Stanaland, Brittany Snow Breakup

Alex Hall isn’t sold on Tyler Stanaland’s story.

The cast of Selling the OC got together again after a year and a half during the show’s fourth season. During the reunion, Alex questioned him about rumors that he was involved in his divorce from his ex-wife, Brittany Snow.

Let me tell you, things got a little awkward when I met him during filming! It seems his ex-wife suspected I was involved in their split, and honestly, I really don’t want to be wrongly labeled as ‘the other woman.’ It wasn’t me, and it’s important to me that’s understood – there was someone else involved, but it wasn’t me.

Tyler, age 36, confessed he was seeing other people before his divorce became final in 2023. Alex responded, saying he was unfairly blamed for that behavior.

The 35-year-old went on to explain that her former coworker lacked the courage to publicly support her.

I’ve always supported you and been there for you, even when it cost me money – I lost deals worth over $50,000 because of it. I have kids who depend on me, and this is how I make a living. It would have really meant a lot to me if you’d defended me too.

After leaving The Oppenheim Group in 2023, Tyler apologized to Alex, saying he regretted how things had unfolded and wished he could have handled it all differently.

In March 2024, Brittany, 39, revealed on Alex Cooper’s Call Her Daddy podcast that she had seen Tyler kiss a coworker while filming the second season of their show, which came out in 2023. She then hinted that rumors about what happened were true, saying, “What people think happened, happened.”

Tyler and Brittany announced they were separating in September 2022, and both have since started dating other people. Brittany went public with her relationship with Hunter Moreno in October 2024, and Tyler recently revealed he’s engaged to Hannah Morrissey.

He announced on Instagram on October 16th that he proposed to the person he considers the best he’s ever known – in the same location where they took an early road trip together. He shared that their family is now officially growing, implying they are engaged.
