The new Stella Montis map is now available in ARC Raiders, and “Snap and Salvage” is one of the first missions you’ll encounter there.
This mission involves gathering information. You’ll need to take pictures of certain objects, look through some documents, and collect a few resources – standard tasks for someone in our line of work!

Take a Photo of any Rovers
To achieve this goal, you’ll need to go to the Sandbox. It’s a designated area located near the center of the underground part of Stella Montis.
When you get to that area, you’ll find a sandy space with a few rovers. Just walk up to the rovers and interact with them to take a picture and finish the task.
Search the Papers
Your next goal, as stated in the objective, is to go to the Lobby. You can find it on the upper level of Stella Montis.
When you arrive, find the door labeled “Security, Restricted Access.” Open it to get inside.
Go into that room – it’s the security room with a view of the lobby. Once inside, look at the glowing papers to review them and finish this step.
Deliver a Magnetron and a Flow Controller
Now, you’ll need to locate one Magnetron and one Flow Controller. Unfortunately, both of these can only be found as “Exodus” items.
This means these creatures don’t have predictable spawning spots, because they don’t fit neatly into any defined group. Finding them will depend entirely on chance.
These items appear most often in the harder-to-find areas of Stella Montis. A good place to look is the Security office from the last mission.
You can also find valuable items in locked rooms, like the Stella Montis Security Checkpoint. Players often report finding them in the Medical Research and Assembly areas, but their location is still random.
