How to Get the Stella Montis Medical Storage Key
In ARC Raiders, key items appear randomly throughout the world, but you’ll consistently find the most in residential areas. Be sure to search houses, apartments, and other buildings in these zones, and hope you get lucky!
Before you go to Stella Montis, make sure you have an augment with a Safe Pocket. Put your key inside it – that way, you won’t lose it if you’re defeated while exploring the facility.
Where to Use the Medical Storage Key
Go to the Stella Montis region and enter the complex. Your goal is the Medical Research area. If you’re deep underground, it won’t appear on your map immediately, so head upwards towards the main landmarks inside, like:
- The Lobby
- The Assembly Area
Head to the southwest side of the map to find the Medical Research wing. The locked room you’re looking for is inside.
Okay, so I was getting a little stuck at first, seeing all these doors that needed fuel cells. But then I figured out you can totally skip those! There’s a side door nearby, and my Raider Tool opened it right up. It’s a much easier way to get through without worrying about finding fuel.
After you enter through the door, turn left and walk down the hallway. You’ll find a large Medical Research area. Look for the door marked “Storage” – it’s on your right, just past the balcony.
This is the loot room, and it’s the only place where the Medical Storage Key will unlock the door. Be careful – enemies may be nearby when you open it.
What’s Inside the Room?
The storage room is small, but it’s packed with organized containers. You can expect to find a mix of medical supplies and crafting materials, such as:
- VA Sprays (a must-have healing consumable)
- Rare crafting materials
- Additional key drops
- Weapon enhancement items
- Specialty medical components
You won’t always find valuable items, so it’s important to be quick. Other players can come and take what you’ve discovered if you spend too much time gathering loot.
