I honestly thought the Hitman Elusive Targets couldn’t get any better after they added Le Chiffre from Casino Royale, but this new one is just incredible – it’s seriously the best one yet!
On his latest album, The Death of Slim Shady, Eminem tried to retire the character that was once his signature persona.
But it seems like his other self continues to haunt him, and it’s up to Agent 47 to help.
IO Interactive’s Yann Roskell teased on the Xbox Wire:
This level is full of strange, dreamlike surprises that reflect the troubled mind of Slim Shady. The setting is a mental asylum in Hokkaido, formerly a hospital, now twisted into the chaotic ‘Popsomp Hills Asylum’. Agent 47 must navigate this bizarre environment where the lines between doctors, patients, and performers are blurred. Slim Shady has turned an old operating room into a broadcasting studio, putting on unpredictable live shows for the asylum’s staff and patients. Players will chase him through various connected areas, like a recording studio and a disturbing ‘Group Training Session’ where he’s manipulating the doctors into helping him weaponize music.
If you don’t already have the game, you can play this new mission for free with the Hitman Starter Pack. However, it will only be available for a limited time – from December 1st to December 31st.
A special downloadable content pack will also be released during the promotion, offering a new suit, four items, and decorative options for your home base – all themed around the mission. If you’re a fan, it’s a great way to add some Eminem-inspired gear to Agent 47’s wardrobe.
