The reality show The Traitors was a huge hit when it premiered in October, and it’s already become the most popular show of 2025 in the UK, based on viewership figures for the first week of the year.
The BBC announced that the first season finished strong with 15 million viewers. It also became the most-watched series ever in the UK, attracting the largest on-demand audience in the first seven days since records started.
The latest episode is the most-watched of the series so far, reaching 15.2 million viewers. Overall, the series is averaging 14.8 million viewers per episode after 28 days, including 3.1 million viewers aged 16-34.
Nineteen famous faces arrived at the famous Traitors castle to compete in a high-stakes game of strategy, deception, and figuring out who can be trusted.
