Jane Seymour, 74, Says She’s “Very Sexually Active” in NSFW Confession

Jane Seymour exists somewhere in time—but perhaps not where you’d expect.

The Golden Globe-winning actress recently reminisced about her famous, captivating role as Kathleen Cleary in the 2005 film Wedding Crashers, and jokingly revealed some details about what dating is like for her in her 70s.

In a recent interview with People magazine, she revealed that she remains sexually active and will turn 75 next year.

Actress Jane Seymour, who is currently dating John Zambetti, has said that many of her roles offer inspiration to women as they get older. She believes her characters show that it’s possible to find love at any age and maintain your sexiness as long as you feel good about yourself.

As for Jane’s sense of youthfulness, she explained that it extends far beyond her love life.  

She admitted she sometimes needs to consciously remind herself of her age, because she feels much younger – like she’s still in her 40s or 50s. She’s not sure where the years went, but she still has the same energy she had when she was that age.

The actress, who has five children – Katherine, 43, and Sean, 40, with her former husband David Flynn, and twins John and Kristopher, 30, with ex-husband James Keach – says her busy family keeps her feeling young and energetic.

She explained that because she’s close to her children and grandchildren – some of whom are in their 40s – she doesn’t feel like a typical older person. She’s still very much involved in their lives and social activities, and hasn’t fallen into the stereotype of someone who just spends time with people who play golf.

“Not at all,” she added. “Quite the opposite.”

Jane’s positive outlook on life isn’t recent; she’s always been vibrant. Back in 2018, she shared that she felt more confident and attractive than she did in her youth, explaining that she chose to accept and enjoy getting older instead of fighting it.

She told Playboy that she wasn’t interested in seeking approval or attention. She explained that when you’re younger, there’s often a desire to be noticed, but she had moved past that and wasn’t trying to impress anyone.

Brooke explained that to really enjoy intimacy now, she needs a few things: her favorite lotions, comfortable clothes for bed (she joked they might even be too comfortable!), a special pillow, and perhaps a drink to help her unwind.
