Remedy Entertainment has released the first gameplay trailer for Control Resonant, the sequel to Control. Development is well underway, and the game is currently scheduled for release in 2026 on Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, and PC (including Steam and the Epic Games Store). You can watch the trailer below.
Things have been crazy since that weirdness, The Hiss, took over the Oldest House and the FBC! Basically, Manhattan is in a full-blown crisis because of this strange, otherworldly threat. This time around, it’s not Jesse Faden who shows up to deal with it, but her brother, Dylan. And get this – he’s got telekinetic powers too, just like Jesse! But he prefers getting up close and personal, using everything from dual-wielded weapons to a massive sledgehammer in combat.
Dylan can fly and fight enemies in the air. It feels like a fresh approach to gameplay, capturing the style and mood of the original game, and we really enjoy it. It’s a significant improvement over FBC: Firebreak.
