3 2025 Nintendo Switch Games Available for Free on eShop

No Gravity Games is wrapping up its “Switchmas Giveaway 2025” by offering three Nintendo Switch games for free on the Nintendo eShop for the next 24 hours. While it’s unusual for Switch games to be given away for free, No Gravity Games does this every year during the holidays. These aren’t brand new titles, but they’re free to download and play!

Currently, three Bubble Trouble games – Bubble Trouble, Bubble Trouble 2: Rebubbled, and Bubble Trouble 3 – are available for free on the Nintendo eShop. However, there’s a catch: you need to already own the previous games from the Switchmas 2025 event. If you’ve been collecting them since the beginning, you’re all set – the first game was free, and you just need to have claimed each subsequent free game. If you haven’t been participating, you’ll need to buy all the previous games to unlock these three, although they are currently heavily discounted. While the free games are worth claiming if you already have the others, they probably aren’t worth purchasing the entire collection just to get them. It’s worth noting that these are the only games being given away for free on the Nintendo eShop all year, making the promotion interesting despite the games themselves being fairly simple.

These three Nintendo Switch games usually cost $5 each on the Nintendo eShop, so this deal lets you save around $15 if you were to buy them individually.

None of these three games launching in 2025 have been specifically made for the new Nintendo console, but they will work on it thanks to backward compatibility. You’ll have the exact same gaming experience on the original Switch, Switch Lite, Switch OLED, and the new console – it’s all the same!
