The upcoming Marvel movie has reached a major milestone – filming is complete with Tom Holland reprising his role as Spider-Man! This marks Spider-Man’s return to the big screen after five years, and the film will also feature appearances by Jon Bernthal as the Punisher and Mark Ruffalo as the Hulk. Fans are already incredibly excited, and many believe this could be Marvel Studios’ first film to gross over $1 billion since Spider-Man: No Way Home.
As a huge Marvel fan, I was really excited when I heard Destin Daniel Cretton was directing the next Spider-Man movie. He did a fantastic job with Shang-Chi, which I always felt didn’t get the attention it deserved, but stepping into Jon Watts’ shoes for Spider-Man is a whole other level. From what I’ve seen, it’s been a really positive experience for him, and he even shared a sweet message on Instagram when they finished filming – it’s great to see the director so happy with how it all turned out!
I’m incredibly thankful for everyone who supported me during the making of this amazing film – the most fulfilling project of my career. A special shout-out to @nik__ki, who kept us all going with laughter and strength. And to my children, who reminded me to disconnect, be present, and enjoy simple moments like building a fort. Finally, thank you to our wonderful cast – you brought these characters to life and inspired us all with your talent and dedication.
To the incredible team who poured their hearts and talents into this project – you made me laugh until I cried, and I’m so grateful for each of you. I can’t wait for everyone to see the amazing work you’ve created! And a special thank you to @tomholland2013 for being such a kind, generous leader, both on and off camera. Your dedication, bravery, and friendship mean the world. That’s a wrap on Spider-Man: Brand New Day!”
