The most expensive film ever….

Jurassic World Dominion, released in 2022, is the sixth film in the Jurassic Park franchise and recently became known as the most expensive movie ever made. While The Force Awakens previously held that title with a budget of £638.9 million (and earned over $2 billion), Dominion cost an estimated $658.8 million to produce, according to Forbes. This higher cost wasn’t due to lavish spending, but rather the unique challenges of filming during the COVID-19 pandemic. Production faced constant delays and restrictions, leading to increased expenses for things like extended soundstage rentals, prolonged equipment leases, and additional fees for cast and crew who had to stay at the costly Langley Hotel for five months (around $600 per night).
