Noah Hawley Set to Reimagine the 2017 Horror Movie ‘Terrified’

Noah Hawley, known for his work on Fargo and Legion, is planning a remake of the 2017 horror film Terrified for the big screen. According to The Hollywood Reporter, he’s producing and directing, and he’s collaborating with the original director, Demián Rugna. Terrified is considered one of the most genuinely frightening movies of the last decade, but it hasn’t reached a wide audience in the US, primarily being available on the Shudder streaming service. Rugna recently followed up with another chilling film, When Evil Lurks.

An Uncharted Remake Is the Wrong Game for Naughty Dog to Make

Although the main Uncharted story concluded in 2016, talk of a remake started when Shaun Escayg, the creative director of Uncharted: The Lost Legacy, shared photos online from a research trip that looked similar to locations from the original game. While it’s possible Nathan Drake could return for the character’s 20th anniversary, I’d prefer a brand new sequel over a remake. The older games still hold up well, and a sequel would be a much more exciting path for the series.

A Forgotten Sci-Fi Disaster Movie Just Landed on Paramount+ (But It’s Hilariously Inaccurate)

Their mission: to detonate nuclear explosions and restart the planet’s rotation, preventing a global catastrophe. While screenwriter John Rogers claimed the movie was based on real geophysical ideas, most scientists consider its scientific concepts to be highly inaccurate.

Kadokawa announced the venture on their website, and although it wasn’t specifically about Solo Leveling, the timing is notable given the long-standing rumors of a Solo Leveling movie.

While Netflix could have rested on its success, the announcement of One Piece season 3, officially titled One Piece: The Battle of Alabasta, and its 2027 premiere date shows they’re still focused on keeping their fans happy.

Harry Potter: 7 Things That Still Make No Sense About Snape

I’ve always been fascinated by Severus Snape. He was absolutely crucial in bringing down Voldemort, but he was also… complicated. Bitter, holding onto old hurts, and seemingly trapped by his past. Even after learning so much about him in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, I still feel like there are pieces missing. I’ve been thinking about it, and there are seven things about Snape that I still can’t quite figure out.
