Brooks Nader Dissolves Lip Filler as Christmas Gift to Parents

Brooks Nader no longer loves thy lip filler.

The actress from Love Thy Nader recently shared that she altered her look to pay tribute to her parents, Breaux Nader and Holland Greene Nader, before the holidays.

She shared on Instagram on December 23rd that she’d had her lip filler removed, posting a close-up photo of her bruised lips afterward. She jokingly called it a Christmas gift to her parents.

The 28-year-old has had cosmetic procedures before. She’s previously discussed having work done, including a nose job, and is familiar with physical enhancements. She was a contestant on Dancing With the Stars.

In an interview with Bustle last November, Brooks addressed public reactions to her changed look, saying, “People have told me I resemble Michael Jackson.”

Besides her rhinoplasty, Brooks also revealed she’s had veneers and various cosmetic injectables, including salmon sperm facials and a Nefertiti neck lift with Botox.

“Every Christmas,” Brooks quipped. “You can catch me looking like Freddy Krueger”

Brooks was open about her choice to start using GLP-1 medications to help with weight loss and further her career as a model.

The model told Bustle that whenever she didn’t get a job, she’d ask her agency for feedback from the client. She revealed the direct feedback she often received was that she needed to lose 30 pounds. She wasn’t upset by this, explaining that she doesn’t dwell on negativity and instead focuses on finding solutions. Her reaction was simply, ‘They want me to lose weight, so how do I make that happen?’

She explained that her career really improved after she started using GLP-1 medication. While she doesn’t endorse or justify its use, and acknowledges everyone responds differently, she personally lost 30 pounds and began landing consistent work.
