Netflix’s Military Show With 90% on Rotten Tomatoes Cancelled After Just One Season

The Netflix comedy series Boots premiered on October 9, 2025, but was canceled after just two months, on December 12, 2025. The show, based on Greg Cope White’s memoir The Pink Marine, is set in 1990 Louisiana and follows Cameron Cope (played by Miles Heizer), a teenager hiding his sexuality. When Cameron’s best friend, Ray McAffey (Liam Oh), joins the Marines, Cameron enlists too. This creates a difficult situation, as LGBTQ+ individuals were prohibited from serving in the military at the time, forcing Cameron to conceal his identity while navigating basic training and avoiding the scrutiny of his drill instructor, Sergeant Liam Robert Sullivan (Max Parker). Throughout the rigorous training, Cameron forms close bonds with fellow recruits who are all pushed to their limits.

One-Punch Man Just Got Hit With 4Kids-Level Censorship

A significant issue with One-Punch Man season 3 has been the extensive censorship. While the censorship has been a problem since the beginning, episode 10 featured cuts that were particularly confusing and hard to justify.

The Trailer For Andy Serkis’ Animal Farm Is Really Quite Disturbing

Initial reactions to the 2025 film adaptation of Animal Farm were largely divided, with most critics agreeing that it significantly softened the original message of George Orwell’s 1945 novel. While some level of change was anticipated, many viewers hoped that director Andy Serkis, known for his expertise in motion capture, would deliver a film that treated Orwell’s sharp political and social observations with depth and honesty.

PS5 vs Switch 2 vs Xbox : The Year in Review

Considering all the positive things that happened, it feels wrong to criticize video games. However, despite some truly fantastic games this year, there were also some disappointing moments – and those were caused by the companies responsible for running the industry.

Netflix Users Only Have Hours Left To Watch The Superhero Movie Alan Ritchson Called ‘The Worst Production Experience’ Ever

Following his role as Gloss in The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, Joe Ritchson played Raphael in the 2014 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie.
