Watch Slow Horses cast put sleuthing skills to the test behind the scenes

As a seasoned movie buff with over three decades of binge-watching under my belt, I must say that the latest instalment of Slow Horses is nothing short of a delightful surprise. The cast’s camaraderie and playful banter in the Cast Case Files video only serve to heighten my anticipation for each new episode. Jack Lowden, Saskia Reeves, and Christopher Chung, among others, seem to relish the opportunity to showcase their wit and sleuthing skills, making this behind-the-scenes glimpse all the more intriguing.

In my critique, I found myself thoroughly entertained by a brief, two-minute clip featuring some of the series’ prominent actors – Jack Lowden, Saskia Reeves, and Christopher Chung. This engaging video presents an intriguing game where they exercise their detective abilities, offering a delightful glimpse into their problem-solving prowess off-screen.

Today, we, together with our fellow investigators, are challenging our detective abilities. This introduces the episode titled “Cast Case Files”, as stated by Lowden in the opening scene.

Later on, the actors are challenged to figure out which of their colleagues match specific hints – such as the one who gets lost among the chocolates in Tesco Express or the one who once pretended to study accounting while secretly attending drama school.

As I delve deeper into this cinematic adventure, I find myself intrigued by an enigma that has caught my attention. Namely, I must unravel the identity of the cast member who was once compared to a certain cartoon character, known for her perky demeanor and resemblance to a particular animated character – TinTin. A fun and engaging puzzle indeed!

You can watch the clip in full above.

Title of the recent installment in the popular spy series inspired by Mick Herron’s celebrated books is “Returns.” Here’s a summary: “Taverner is in a panic to conceal hazardous truths, while River embarks on a quest for clarification at his grandfather’s residence.

Once more, the fresh season has been met with widespread acclaim by both critics and enthusiasts. Our assessment labeled it as another “grand slam” and deemed it “the most intimate installment thus far”.

The storyline for this show is developed from the fourth book in the Spook Street series by Herron, and it follows River Cartwright (played by Lowden) as he takes on a deeply personal quest following an event connected to his grandfather (portrayed by Jonathan Pryce).
