Where to find Birthday Medallions in Fortnite
Birthday Medallions can be found in Birthday Presents or from eliminated players.
Birthday Presents are randomly placed across the map so there’s no specific location to drop to.
We found a birthday present in the Nitrodrome after a few minutes of looking.
After receiving a gift, first break it open, inside you’ll discover some treasures and a Birthday Medallion.

The Birthday Medallion randomly spawns in balloons that are attached to you, up to a maximum of three. The more balloons, the higher and further you will float.
This offers a comprehensive view, allowing you to easily identify events like Iron Man or War Machine transport vessels landing, and even spotting enemies being eliminated from above by snipers.
When combined with balloons, the destructive power of War Machine’s armaments becomes deadly, allowing for aerial attacks from great heights where flames can be rained down.
You aren’t completely invulnerable though, as other players can shoot out your balloons.
Additionally, you may encounter a device known as a Firework Launcher Cannon. This tool blasts large fireworks which help in uncovering the positions of fellow players. You might stumble upon it at various, seemingly random spots on the map.
