Mighty Morphin Power Rangers First Look Reveals Major New Details (And Teases Green Ranger)

BOOM! Studios has given fans a sneak peek at what the original Mighty Morphin Power Rangers – Jason, Zack, Trini, Billy, and Kimberly – look like ten years later. The preview (shared with EW) shows the Rangers have moved on with their lives, but will reunite to face a new villain named Rita Rabiosa. We also see a glimpse of this new, formidable Rita and learn that the Green Ranger was intended to join the team’s comeback, but something prevented it.

7 Years Ago, Power Rangers and Street Fighter Finally Crossed Over (& We Still Want More)

I’ve been a big fan of Power Rangers: Legacy Wars since it came out in 2017, and it’s awesome that they’re still adding new characters! I was totally shocked when they announced a crossover with Street Fighter! But it wasn’t just in the game – they made a whole short film called Power Rangers Legacy Wars: Street Fighter Showdown! It’s got Ryu, the Time Force Pink Ranger, the Phantom Ranger, Chun-Li, and a bunch of others, and it’s seriously epic. You can check out the full film below – I highly recommend it!
