Just over a year after first showing off her natural gray hair, the former talk show host was seen with her classic bleached-blonde look again. She debuted the spiky, bright yellow hairstyle while out in Montecito, California, on December 27th. She paired the new look with a casual outfit of jeans, a white t-shirt, a green jacket, and off-white sneakers.

After moving to England with her wife, Portia de Rossi, in spring 2024, the 67-year-old has made the most of her visits back to California. One such trip, last January, surprised fans when she debuted a new gray hairstyle.

Ellen maintained her dark hair color for several months, even sporting the look at the Restoration Hardware Paris event with her wife in September.

The comedian and her wife, Portia, are starting a new phase of life, deepening their connection to England. They recently sold their large country home in the Cotswolds for $30 million and bought a more suitable property nearby to better accommodate the actress’s pets.
