Tommy Lee Jones’s daughter Victoria, who starred in Men in Black II, dies aged 34

Victoria Lee Jones, the daughter of actor Tommy Lee Jones, has died at the age of 34.

TMZ reported that Victoria, the daughter of a famous actor and who appeared in “Men in Black II“, was found dead in a San Francisco hotel on New Year’s Day. Law enforcement officials confirmed the news to the outlet.

I was shocked to read this morning that police responded to a medical emergency call around 2:52 AM. Sadly, they confirmed that one person didn’t make it and was pronounced dead at the scene. It’s just really sad news.

At present, the cause of death remains unknown.

Victoria is the second child of actor Tommy Lee Jones, who won an Academy Award, and his former wife, Kimberlea Cloughley.

As a child, she appeared in some of her father’s films, like Men in Black II and the western, The Three Burials Of Melquiades Estrada, directed by Tommy.

While discussing the film, he complimented his daughter’s acting skills, noting she’s a professional – a card-carrying member of the Screen Actors Guild – and fluent in Spanish. He explained that he encouraged her to learn the language from a young age by asking her nanny to speak to her in Spanish as a baby.

He explained that she had to wake up at 5:00 AM for her role. One morning, she refused to get out of bed. He tried telling her it was her job, but she wouldn’t move.

I let her go, but the production team, without consulting me, woke her up and hurried her to the set just in the nick of time.

Victoria also starred as a cheerleader in the noughties TV series One Tree Hill in 2005.

She had not acted since, but occasionally attended red carpet events with her father.

Tommy is a famous actor known for his roles in many popular Hollywood films, such as Men in Black, No Country for Old Men, Captain America: The First Avenger, Jason Bourne, and The Fugitive. He won an Academy Award for his performance in The Fugitive.
