Even though release dates are often uncertain – especially for games like Grand Theft Auto 6 – you can still look forward to The Blood of Dawnwalker, the dark fantasy action RPG from Rebel Wolves, which is still planned for release this year. The developers recently shared a video confirming the game is still on track, and promised to reveal more details and content soon, but aren’t ready to announce a specific release date just yet.
According to game director Konrad Tomaszkiewicz, the game will feature new gameplay elements, areas to explore, and characters. The global community lead also hinted that there are still more main characters and creatures yet to be revealed. A new teaser trailer was released, showcasing new cutscenes and locations, including a landscape similar to Caelid and a snowy region, to give fans a taste of what’s coming.
Coen is joined by several new characters, including one who seems to be a vampire due to her incredible speed and powers. The game’s final boss, Brencis, was also shown, and he’s surrounded by not only Xanthe (who we’ve seen before), but two other powerful vampire lords as well.
Okay, so if I play things smart, I might be able to avoid fighting all the enemies at once against Coen. It’ll probably take some careful planning and knowing when to sneak around under the cover of darkness. I definitely need to rewatch that last gameplay video to get a better idea of how to pull that off.
